IT WAS DISGUSTING!!! Room was dirty, bathroom was terrible, the hotel has not been upgraded since the day it was built! The staff was very unprofessional! I have stayed at Days Inn before and I was soooo disappointed! Expedia should NOT promote this hotel!!!

Disgusting, filthy, overpriced

Non-smoking room smelled like it had been a smoking room for years; a nonsmoking sign does not create a nonsmoking room. Floors felt gross, carpet was disgusting. Bathroom was tiny, dirty and had mold on the wall. And there was no fan so shower immedistely turned the room into a sauna. Bedding smelled dirty. You could hear noise from every other room surrounding. Lighting outside was bad, felt like I was going to be mugged looking for my room. Worst experience ever.

This hotel was a mess. Our first room had not been cleaned. Our second room had no working phone. Then I discovered a huge spider behind the door (I doubt they clean back there) in the bathroom. We also didn't have toilet paper in our room! There was not even a toilet paper holder. I am thinking we got put in a room that was part way through renovation. The breakfast was a mess and poorly stocked. The staff were unapologetic and refused any sort of refund.

Pros: It was available on short notice.
Cons: New management. This Days In, if not the entire chain, seem to be in run-to-failure mode.
Location: Colorado Springs is a great city with beautiful views and a lot to do.
We made our reservations a few hours in advance. This appeared to be the last available hotel Expedia could book us; so we took it. We arrived about 10 PM to chaos. The people in front of me left angry because they were told there was no clean room available. The clerk told us they had four housekeepers call in that day and had yet to finish preparing rooms for arriving guests. Our room was on the second floor. The reservation and placard on the desk inside said it was non-smoking; but that apparently only meant the room was not currently on fire, as it smelled of smoke and God knows what else. The remote for the television was missing and several of the lamps had the bulbs missing. We called the desk and they said they would take care of it. I wanted to read awhile before sleeping; but the bulbs never arrived. In the bath tub, there was an open bar of soap, apparently left from the last guests. As I prepared to turn in; I heard a burst of loud and profane rap music from somewhere. I looked down to check my car and observed some individuals sitting in the car next to mine. People kept getting in and out of the car, talking loudly, and using profanity. I was concerned that our car would be broken into; so I stayed awake watching. After some time, the car pulled out and left, leaving a pile of trash on the hotel parking lot and sidewalk.

Pros: nothing it all is bad
Cons: everything.. knock the place down and start over
I didn't expect much seeing the price was so low. The front desk manager was cussing and using words not fit for children. The hotel room was filthy. The beds were not made we had to call for them to come make the beds. We waited 20-30 min for them to come make the beds and when they did so they didn't even make them right. The bottom mattress was torn and the stuffing was falling out everywhere. The trim around the baseboard was peeling away from the walls. The ceiling panels were out of place and i replaced them cause my wife was freaked out. There were cob webs and dirt in every corner. There was rust stains on the wall.. The carpet was filthy and clearly never cleaned.. This places was more of a motel from hell. The best part was the breakfast which was just as bad but at least we could eat cereal. DO NOT STAY HERE EVER....come to find out in the morning checking out people are living there and most are just out of prison....(the front desk ladies words) not mine... I will never ever stay here again and expedia sould remove them from their list of hotels

Sticky carpet, dirty mattress, not a friendly atmosphere! I had two room on the back side with little lighting around the building and I didn't feel comfortable with my family there!!!

Dirty sheets, no hot water, water damaged cieling, non-smoking room smells like smoke, door was beaten up , tv remote had dead batteries, stains on the walls, and the watery coffee tasted like dirt. Other than that it was fine.

Smelled, dirty, mold, carpet dirty and smelled tables broken. Tv black and white if u could get it to wk. pit bull dogs all over. Pool mold.dirt all over the edge of the rooms.
