Hotel is close to noisy street. Door handle didn't work well. Breakfast was in a fifty year old diner, carbs only. Power kept going out.

Awful hotelPosted Sep 6, 2013 on Hotels.com
Arrived, staff too busy smoking out front told us to wait! Gave us a room key to a room that was already occupied! Moved us to a location that was being remodeled and room smelled of paint fumes and was absolutely the most filthiest room I have ever encountered! Ask staff for extra towels and was told they did not have any and I would have to come back in the a.m. Morning breakfast was a joke arrived at 8:45 and was told as entering "we stop at 930" at 9:15 was making a waffle and staff approached me to say "no more were closed for breakfast" I commented u just said 930 and was told they have to be closed by 930! We checked out and will never again use a Days inn and will advise all our friends and coworkers of this same horrific experience ! Very very bad business and poor poor customer service!

As I Drove From The Air Port I Had A Hard Time Finding The Place Because The Sign wasn't Lit. The Whole Place Was Dark And Seedy. When I Went To My Room I Couldnt Get In The Door Because They Gave Me The Wrong Key. I Had To Have My Room Changed Because Their Where Barking dogs Next Door. The Place Was Noisy With A Blaring Football Stadium Across The St. The To Sheet Had Dark Brown Stains On It.... I Found Myself Hoping It Was Blood. The Free Breakfast Was Bad. The Coffee Awful. The Computer Didnt Have A Printer So I Couldnt Get My Boarding pass... On The Positive Side The Show Worked Well And It Was Cheap.

Pros: this unit is in bad need of clean up and new uplifting ...
Cons: This is a old Motel and needs some TLC
We requested 2 Queen Beds and were given standard size ,room smelled bad, bathroom fixture busted and not working, asked for another room and it's floor was so stained and again only standard size beds..asked for money back and left .Found another location that had Queen beds just down the road...

Staff Member Unaware of Pre-pay Through ExpediaPosted Jul 27, 2013
Pros: The bed sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable; the place was cheap.
Cons: My room must be re-labelled the #1 smoking room! There was even a cigarrette burn hole in one of the chairs. New staff needs better training.
Location: Very good location for business and sight-seeing.
I argued with new front desk employee about pre-paying with expedia even after presenting her with confirmation numbers. Manager thought she resolved the problem, but I was charged double after all said and done - I am still resolving the issue. I was placed in a non-smoking room that smelled like the smoke break room, but they did offer to move me. Finally, I had to be re-keyed every day.
