“Poor service”
I got locked out of my room with faulty key cards three times. My room was cold unless I kept the heat on full blast. Security was a little shaky. Hotel interior was sliding into disrepair. But the room was quiet and the location was very convenient.
“Would not go here again”
Ants on floor trash under bed pubic hair on towels and in bed
“Horrable place”
The bathroom had an oval toilet, with a round toilet seat, no stopper in the tub and the facial tissue boxes were falling out of the wall. The shampoo and cream rinse were never replenished. There were not enough outlets in the room and everything was plugged into a power strip. You had to put the microwave on the sink to plug it in. Ants were crawling all over the night stand, cove base torn off the walls, and the internet connection did not work in the rooms. The room my children stayed in did not have a refrigerator or microwave when we got there, and we were accused of stealing them by the hotel management when we were on the flight back to KC. There room also had burn marks on the outlets. We had requested adjoining rooms which we did not get. The outside doors of the building did not lock, they were broken. I will never stay there again.....very disappointed!!
“Good Hotel”
The hotel was great overall and the customer service was excellent and the staff was very helpful.
“troubled times hotel ,poorly kept”
Smoke infested, worn out, poorly kept. Its not the helps fault.. It's managment. Carpet is worn out, Scum on the doors and walls, dirty windows, large cigerett burns in the blanket for the bed. We asked for a NON SMOKING room! My wife has sevier asthma . I would not personaly recommend this hotel. Sorry!
“Worst hotel stay we have had”
Hotel grounds were filthy and piled with trash, tires, empty pallets. Room was filthy. Carpet was dirty, sink and tub were dirty and mildew in tub. Air/heat unit had dust and dirt caked on the vents. We had to clean our room to use it. We bought pillows and borrowed sheets, a blanket and towels from family we were visiting. Everything for breakfast was empty but had some cheerios. When we asked for milk for the cereal we were told they were out. Not even coffee made. That was the worst experience we have ever had and I have the pictures to remember. Moved to Super 8 next door and it was very clean and the people were great.
“Please don't go there.”
My first impresion when arriving was a very dirty man looking for food on the dinning room, wich at the time was closed. ( 11pm) the second was I had to wait several minutes for somebody to check me in. The hotel needs urgent maintenance and security. The outside doors had the key entry locks out of service, so anybody can enter. The rooms look very old and in urgent need of remodelation. I guess it's my fault for looking for a cheap chain hotel. I was expecting more from a big chain hotel.
“ok for the price”
I got the hotel room as an unnamed hotel. It was a bit run down. Based on the fact I got the room for a cheap price, I was OK with the hotel, but no way would I call it a 2 star hotel.
“Nice stay”
Not a bad room at all. Just depends on what your used to. Room was clean. Hallways smelled of smoke at times but didnt linger into the room. Larger white woman at front desk wasnt friendly at all after you checked in. Oriental woman super nice and very helpful! Pool is too cold to swim in and cloudy most of time, so if your looking to swim find a heated pool or indoor in this area. Be aware that this is near a highway, the air conditioner blocked out most of the noise tho. If you ask for room with balcony facing the pool its much more quite. Overall for price I was satisfied.
“Fair....Good for the price”
Overall good, the pool is not heated like the information said.
