“Noisy, old - not impressed”

The room was clean, but the towels were old and the bath mat stained. The front desk was friendly and helpful with directions around town. The TV cabel system was not working properly so some channels had no sound. The front desk promised a maintenance man would come and check on it - he never showed. The walls are so thin you can hear normal conversation from the room next door. Some guests left dogs in their car overnight, so the dogs bark most of the night. The continental breakfast was coffee, juice, stale sugar cereal, and stale grocery store packaged muffins and donuts. We will not stay here again.

“Unusual odor”

Hotel had a very unususal cleaner smell that left you with a headache. The room was only cleaned after 2 days when we asked. The air conditioning was not working, and we had to request a repair in 92 degree heat. The plaster on the floor was not cleaned uo, and we had to request that swepy as well.

“Not fancy”

This is not an upperclass hotel. Really it's just a place to stay if you're in a hurry. Rooms are average, pool is not really kid friendly unless they're over 4 ft tall. It's just an average hotel, always has been.

“Somewhat rundown condition, though great location”

The Days Inn on Rusina Rd was only marginally comfortable, though the location was terrific. Super easy access to US Rt 25, and easy to access the city or the mountains. Lots of resturants and gas stations, convenience stores, etc within easy walking distance. Hotel staff were friendly, but condition of hotel seemed somewhat unkept and run down. Cable TV only got 1 clear channel.

“ok for the price”

I got the hotel room as an unnamed hotel. It was a bit run down. Based on the fact I got the room for a cheap price, I was OK with the hotel, but no way would I call it a 2 star hotel.

“Poor”

This hotel charged me $25 for damage to a hand towel and bath towel from soup getting spilled on them. I am sure that this will wash out and that they will use the towels anyway. Having worked in the industry for 15 years I know that the cost to replace these items even if they had to would be let than $10. I will never stay there again.
