8 Days of Comfort

Posted Jul 15, 2014
Location: Colorado Springs location on Commerce Dr. Red Rock Canyon and the Garden of the Gods if you like to hike. Pikes Peak is right outside the door.
Spent a little more than a week while visiting relatives. Great place to come home to at the end of the day. Staff was very friendly, especially the breakfast crew. Clean quiet spacious room. We choose well. :)

This hotel is in a great location right off the interstate, close to restaurants, and easy access to all attractions. This was my second stay, and I would return again :)

Lovely enjoyable hotel

Posted Jul 1, 2014
Pros: The space in the room is a good size, love the fact that ice is available 24/7. Good quality bed linen, very comfy
Cons: Adult time only in the pool in the evening would be great, from 8-9pm onwards, also to have more tea and milk in the rooms would be a good idea
Location: The nature walk nearby is lovely and the restaurants locally were good and friendly
We noticed that at some point there must of been rain leakage from both the French doors because of the slightly damp smell in the room, but once the air con was on the smell subsided, other than that the room was very comfortable and spacious being a king suite, the bed was very comfortable,we had nice views, good amenities and the breakfast buffet was very good, we were on honeymoon for 2 nights and would of appreciated an adult only swim in the evenings, the indoor waterfalls and open fire place gave it a lovely feel and we adored the open space past the main lobby, the bar staff were very friendly and offered great service and it would have been nice if the bar stayed open past midnight especially on a Friday and Saturday night, the house keepers were very kind and topped us up with more tea upon request ( being British we love our hot tea ) we loved our stay here and would defiantly visit this hotel again in the future

Pros: Friendly staff, lovely facility, nice rooms, and breakfast every morning.
Cons: The hotel needs free Wi-Fi.
Location: This location is just a short drive to many of Colorado Spring's points of interest.
Staff was very curtious, friendly, and helpful. Pleasing their customers was evident throughout our stay.

Nice common areas

Posted Jun 16, 2014
Pros: Separation of bedroom and living room area, close proximity to tourist attractions, breakfast
Cons: Bathroom too small, especially for a room that sleeps up to 6 people. Need fans or some air movement in the fitness room. Couch in room was torn.
Location: Right off I-25 so great access to Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, Pike's Peak.
Overall, we had a good experience. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and it seems that the lobby and common areas were modern, including waterfall features. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The kids liked the pool/hot tub area and the people were very friendly. The bathrooms are much too small, especially for a room that could sleep up to 6 people. The couch was ripped and needs replaced. The carpet was very worn. It would be nice if the lobby had filtered/flavored water sitting out. The fitness room was small, but offered 3 treadmills, a few ellipticals and some weights. It offered no air movement, so fans would've been nice.

Good location in a newer area of Colorado Springs.

Posted Jun 9, 2014
Pros: Location, food, cleanliness, extra benefits (breakfast and happy hour).
Cons: Update facility. It seemed dated and worn.
Location: Everything one might need is nearby -- shopping, restaurants, groceries, highway access.
Good location; clean (but dated); friendly staff; good food; appreciative of huge breakfast selection and happy hour daily.
