Staff was personable, professional and very accomodating. Room & breakfast were excellent! Only disappointment was that hot tub was closed for repairs. Good that facility was well maintained & these things happen. Overall a great stay.

My visit was for a multi day work function. This location met my needs, and there were many food and retail options nearby. The Hampton Inn was a good spot for my trip. I enjoyed the quick breakfast in the morning!

Check in was quick and easy. It’s in a very convenient location off of I-25. It wasn’t too busy an area so parking was ample and it was quiet. There are also a few restaurants a stones throw away (BWW is right across the street, pop in and drink at the bar with Isiah, good dude). Definitely recommend.

Dana did a great job checking me and my family into three rooms even though we arrived several hours apart. Once she realized we were together she offered to relocate me to the floor in which they would be staying. Great situational awareness. Highest marks.

Should be an very nice hotel but the staff is ruining it! Incredibly rude and unprofessional people that do not care for their jobs or the customers. Snowed the two days we were there and nobody shoveled the walks or parking lot.. crumbs from food all over the top of our bed. Truly an aweful expierence. Fort time I e ever complained and I travel weekly for work.

Top notch service from start to finish. Friendly knowledgeable staff and walking distance the venue where we were seeing a concert. Hot breakfast that was fantastic. This hotel and staff has set the bar for when we travel. Will definitely be choosing Hampton Inn/Hilton again!

We were so happy that the hotel was directly across from the Broadmoor Arena and a quick walk across the parking lot! Our room was really nice- super comfortable and more than we expected.

Amazing Stay
The staff was extremely friendly, very clean and so comfortable!! If I am from New Mexico, if I ever go back to Colorado Springs, I will definitely stay here again!! Oh, and the breakfast was AMAZING!!!!

Common areas of the hotel have been updated nicely -- however, the rooms themselves are a bit outdated. Mattress was comfortable and bedding was nice. One odd thing to note is that the toilet is the shortest I've ever seen. :)

From the moment we walked into the lobby to the moment we checked out, we had the smoothest, friendliest experience. Breakfast was one of the best we’ve had at a hotel. Carolyn was helpful and friendly! Wish we had a reason to come back to the area soon.
