Staff super friendly and helpful. Very clean with very comfy beds. Really wished this line had breakfast included for the cost, the only downfall of this chain. But the cleanliness makes u overlook that detail.

Great Place and we got a great price!!

Posted Aug 11, 2014
Everything was great! We stayed here for a very reasonable price and were able to get to the places we wanted to get to in a few minutes from this location (zoo, shopping mall, eating establishments). The staff was very friendly! The motel does not come with a free breakfast, but with the price we paid for the room, we had no problem paying a little extra for the great buffet breakfast with made to order omelets! We will definitely stay here again!

Great view

Posted Aug 3, 2014
Pros: the location and friendly and accommodating staff
Cons: my check in staffer was not familiar with how to register me as a Hilton Honors member
this hotel was a little hard to find but the view of the mountains, even with the clouds, was spectacular

Away from food and fun

Posted Jul 14, 2014
Pros: It is clean.
Cons: Complimentary breakfast.
Location: Very little shopping or food options.
When I returned to my room at 10:00 pm, I found that the cleaning person had inadvertently locked the bathroom door. I called the front desk and they said they'd sent someone right away. When I asked about it the next morning they said that they got swamped and no one was available, yet they never called to inform me of this. Also, the breakfast is not complimentary and the cost is $12. They take advantage of the fact that there are no restaurants close by.

Beautiful Views

Aside from the rude Guest Representative at check-in, our experience was wonderful. The other employees we encountered were smiling, kind, helpful, and seemed to enjoy their jobs.

All in all great stay but not what I expected

Thought the hilton down here would be a much more pleasant stay. I guess just because of the name brand. I guess is that just so different in the mountains.

false charges.....

Posted May 16, 2014 on Hotels.com
Not only did we get a night comped do to unexcusable behavior on behalf of the staff, they charged me 35.00 to my card that I didn't incur. Just been more of a pain in the butt than it was worth to stay there
