“pretty good with reservations”

“Good hotel”

We stayed for three nights while visiting Colorado Springs. The hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful and the hotel was clean and new. We ate in the restaurant twice - the first time the service was great, but the second time it was painfully slow. The hotel is really conveniently located to the airport. A little far away from some of the area attractions, but that helps to cut down on the traffic and noise.

“Great Hotel Restaurant WAS THE WORST EVER do not use!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

I ordered a rib eye it was a cheap and fatty steak. i ordered medium cooked it came out blue/rare. I had to send it back 2 times before they got it right. My wife ordered fillet.....fatty piece of stake. We did breakfast......only cos i had pre-paid on line with my booking...how can you mess up an omlette? My filling in my omlette was cold and raw, oions mushrooms peppers the lot........DO NOT EAT HERE!
