Just okay
Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Water pressure was terrible. There were black hairs in bathroom sink and on outside of bedding. There was a water bottle cap left on a shelf on check in. There was no mattress protector on the bed, there was a thin fabric layer between the top sheet and mattress but it was smaller than the bed size. Breakfast was okay but they had small flimsy styrofoam cups for coffee with no lids and I prefer coffee to go. Biggest complaint is there was a 3+ inch gap between the bottom of my door and the floor, a hand could fit under it easy and it allowed a lot of light in.

We would stay here again.
We liked everything about this hotel. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Beds were very comfortable. The room and other areas were clean. Complimentary breakfast was great, lots of choices. Wi-fi was great. We had one issue with the heating element going out on our heater. We notified the front desk staff and someone from maintenance was there to fix it within 30 minutes.

My only issue was the price guven to me by Expedia was different from the one when I checked in. I was told the price came straight from the third party booking agent and could not be changed. I have to take it up with Expedia.

The bathroom is tiny, the toilet bowl is directly in front of the only sink basin. I am only 68" and I could reach the sink faucet while sitting on the toilet. The breakfast area needs serviceable equipment. The pancake machine was broken and the toaster looked like it was made in the 1920's and at the lowest setting burnt the toast and set off the fire alarm.

Not so thrilled.
So many questions when checking in. The room smelled like the pool and hot tub, so I had to get some air freshener, open the window and run the fan. The worst part, the side of the bed was so sunk in like it was broken on one side. There seem to be a hump in the middle of the mattress. Breakfast was good, also enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

Great typical holiday inn! Really can’t complain other than when first arriving at 6pm our rooms weren’t ready when checkin was 3pm. They got it fixed within 10 minutes so no real bother. Breakfast was so good for all of my family with two young kids. Pool did just perfect for the size.

This was a nice hotel. Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean and comfortbale. The staff was helpful and friendly. The only down side to our stay was the elevator not working. Walking up and down 3 flights of stairs with luggage for 5 people wasn't all that great.

Worst experience ever!
The elevator was not working 5 out of the 8 days that we stayed there. We had to carry our luggage up 4 flights of stairs to our room without the offer of help from the incompetent staff. On our last day of checking out the elevator was again down. On our first day of checking in, a guest was trying to check in but the staff couldn't find his reservation even though he had a print out and confirmation number. The gentleman was a wounded veteran and wasn't able to climb stairs. When they finally found his reservation, after 2 hours, he was told that he would have to walk up the 4 flights of stairs to his room. He spent the night in the lobby and then decided to go to another hotel since the elevator was not working. They didn't offer him another room on the first floor or do anything to help him out. I called their corporate offices to complain and they had the manager Chris call me to offer his apology. Chris lied to the corporate office and to us, stated that the elevator was back in working condition but it was not. The manager nor the staff cared about any of the guests and the fact that the elevator was not working. I would never stay there again and would not recommend anyone to stay there. Worst experience ever!

It was nice to have breakfast every morning. I was disappointed about the hot tub not working the whole time I was there. The shuttle availability was also inconvenient. If you have an early departure to the airport and need a shuttle ride before 8am, good luck. Overall, our room was clean and a nice stay.

Checking in late due to flight changes was no problem after giving them a call. Staff was very helpful. I really liked all the Dove products- shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. Besides the turkey sausage looking fake, the breakfast was great. The elevator also broke down so that was a bummer with luggage. But this stay was overall 5/5 starts for me :)

A comfort stay with flaws
The property’s location is good. It is easy to reach places of interests, close to supermarkets and restaurants. The front desk has a 24/7 service. You can find staff at there at any time. And the staff is always friendly. The laundry is small. It has one washer and one dryer. But it is free. The pool is indoor and thus clean. The gym is clean and equipped well. Breakfast is great. There are cereal and milk, freshly cooked food, and coffee. The room is bright, spacious, clean, and has a very good view from the window. After all, there is a flaw. I lived on the third floor of this four-level building. In the late evening and the early morning, I heard annoying noise from the ceiling, meaning the sound insulation is not so good. It was a moth season when we were there. Several moths creeped into the room through the wall-mounted air conditioner. But the moths were quiet and did not affect our living.
