The staff was top notch and friendly, the room was large, clean, inviting, and pleasantly furnished. The grounds and room were tastefully decorated for the holiday. The hallway was quiet and well lit. My husband and I were able to easily walk to a restaurant and upon return had chocolates on the pillow, drawn drapes, and ice in our bucket (turn down service).

BnB's tend to be unique, but this one stands out. Promptly at 8 a.m. Leo and Joyce provide not only an unusual hot breakfast (3 courses), but also a "story time." If you really need to run, I'm sure you could. But it's pretty easy to hang out till 10 with this couple.
The location is great and each room is themed. While the breakfast differed the second day, it really didn't differ by much--the same format with slightly different ingredients.
Leo and Joyce are selling to Arlene, whom we also met during our two-night stay. I believe Arlene will bring her own unique twists to BnB-ism.
