Pros: Customer Service
Cons: Enhance the Hotel, specially the bathrooms so that they don't look too dirty.
Location: Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, etc
The Hotel is old and the the rooms are not very clean. The only good thing is the customer service.

The hotel was ok, but alittle run down. It was clean however and the check in was fine.

Great hotel for how inexpensive it is

I had never stayed at a La Quinta before and I was pleasantly surprised. Updated and comfortable amenities. Very clean and helpful staff. We stayed at 3 places on our trip and this was the best for the price. A comparable stay to our most expensive hotel.

OK for the price

Enjoyed the cozy bed and pillows. The front desk staff were helpful and cheerful. The door of our first room would not lock. The desk gentleman came up to fix but almost immediately it quit working again. He kindly moved us to a different room. I use to be a room attendant and though "stayover rooms" didn't receive complete service, we were still required to empty the garbage and vacuum. The garbage was emptied on our third day and the room never appeared to get a vacuuming. My parents said they have service daily in their room so perhaps it just depends on which room attendant you have--maybe there is no overall policy?
