Inexpensive option in Manitou Springs, CO

Pros: The stream, the price and the continental breakfast.
Cons: A little noisy
Location: A bit away from town but walkable.
Not fancy but then not expensive either. Nice cross ventilation and the stream outback was great. The owner is hardworking and honest. I plan to stay there next year.

A 'mom and pop' 60s style motel. It could use a little attention, starting with their sign. But the room was very comfortable and the rustic beauty of Manitou Spgs comes right up to the back door!

We enjoyed our hotel in Manitou Co. Very convenient to restaurants and outdoor activitties. we would most likely stay there again.
