I had a great stay. I enjoyed sitting in the jacuzzi after a long travel day. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. Breakfast was fun watching the pancake machine make pancakes for you. I was pleasantly surprised.

We picked this property because it stated that it had handicap accessible rooms. My mother is in a wheel chair so we needed a room big enough for her chair to fit in the room and move around. We also needed a walk in shower which the pictures stated the room had. Once we arrived and checked into our room, we found that the room was very small and we could not get my mother's wheel chair into the room close enough to get to the bed to transfer her. The bathroom had a tub with a bench style seat next to it instead of a walk in shower. So I asked for a bigger room to accommodate her chair access. They showed us two more rooms and only room had a walk in shower but no bench and it wasn't big enough to get her into it with help, the other one had the same tub and bench seat in it. They both had more room to maneuver her around in but were not listed as handicap accessible. So we picked the one with the walk in shower with a chair in the room for her to sleep on because the bed was too high to get her into it. The chair did not have any arms so it was not very safe to have her sleep on. All in all I was a rough stay and would like to get my money back for the say because it was a huge hassle. I would not recommend this hotel if customers have wheel chairs because the rooms are not set up for them. The rooms are all very small, and they should state that on their website. We were very unhappy with our stay.

The property was really clean and quiet, in a very good location for hiking around Garden of the Gods. The staff were so lovely and welcoming. They really made our stay special.

I was on vacation from Michigan to see Garden of the Gods and booked the 2 bed suite with a mountain view. Upon arrival, the first room (438) had visible stains on the top of the bed sheets. I complained to Marissa at the front desk and they provided another key to an identical room (432) but assured me if I call Expedia they would authorize a refund. I did just that, and Expedia said the desk would only authorize a partial refund. There is lack of care from housekeepers to ignore an obvious stain on top of a made bed and Marissa mislead me regarding a refund. I liked the location of Best Westen Plus Fillmore better, but even their breakfast was awful.

Thr front desk staff was very nice and accommodating. The employee who checked us in was being shodowed by another front desk employee and both were extremely helpful. Will definitely stay again. Thank you.

The staff were amazing; Eric, Kylie and Edgar went out of their way to be helpful. They were friendly and professional. The breakfast was delicious, the room was quiet and spotless.

Breakfast was superb...only negative was that my stay was noisy because of the hockey tournament was in town...but kids will be kids...I rather have them safe and noisy than the alternatives...overall a great stay in a great property...staff is amazing

Excellent stay for one quick night. Hot tub and pool were warm and clean. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Staff were welcoming and friendly.

Great pet friendly option for my family. Close to many popular locations. We experienced excellent service, a wam breakfast and nice amenities. I would recommend especially if you are traveling with a four legged family member.

Very kind and helpful staff, and quiet even though it's pet friendly. They keep it clean, and while I didn't have time to sit for breakfast it always smelled good. Was able to walk my dog anytime, but would have liked a space further from the street (space doesn't really allow for this though, which is fine. There are tons of parks nearby as well). Will likely stay here again, and would recommend to others travelling with their fur babies.

The first night we were there we had noticed dry blood on our sheets and informed management. They never even attended to our room after assuring us this issue would be corrected. Also, the hot tub was out of order and there was no warning of this facility issue prior to booking. The staff was mostly friendly btu the morning front desk manager seemed irritated when we questioned our room being attended to. over all 3 out of 10.
