I thought it was incredible how much value I received for the price I paid. I had a microwave and fridge, as well as a continental breakfast, pool, hot tub, and exercise room. It truly had everything I needed!

The rooms are a little dated, but it is clean and well staffed. Continental breakfast was good. There were some warm food items. Pool and hot tub were nice.

Our first room which had two queen beds was in a room that had water damage all down the walls. Wall paper was pealing off the wall. The heater was falling off the wall. The refrigerator was broken and held together with scotch tape. They moved us to another room with smaller beds (no price adjustment). The room was still outdated and falling apart just not as bad. I fell in the pool area because the hot tub had broken jets squirting out on the glazed tile floors. There is so many other options in the area. I would pick anywhere to stay.

Though I am happy that the agent working that evening moved you into another room, we on our end fell short of providing you the resolution you well deserve. Everything good except for service at breakfast ran out of egg and sausages and the lady kept refilling yogurts It took like 30 minutes to refill eggs and sausage trays Very slow !!! AND… Eggs not cooked all the way !

My family and I stayed here based on reviews. Unfortunately, we did not have the same experience. We had a late check in, there was a 2way radio with a sign saying to let the desk person know we were there through it. I did. The desk clerk was apologetic and kind. I requested two rooms, they were in the 3rd floor. The hallway smelled like marijuana. The rooms had a faint smell of it. Water damage on ceiling and walls. The carpet in our room looked vacuumed but the other room was not. The bathrooms were not clean. The tubs had mold and something around the drain. There was hair in the sink. The linens and towels were clean however. The bedspread, not so much. Since it was so late I didn’t want to have to find another hotel, so we stayed then left by 5:30 am.

To touch on the walkie-talkie left for guest to reach myself while I were away from the reception desk, it allows me to attend to other guest and their needs while also being readily available to assist upon any alerts of someone who is needing me at the desk. I do my absolute best to make any of our attending guest feel comfortable during their time here with us. If I had been notified that there had been some issues with your room cleanliness I would have personally taken care of it and have also found you a more suitable room. I apologize that our ability to create a great first time impression went so unpleasant. Please do not allow this from prohibiting you from enjoying the comforts any other of our other great locations Choice hotels have to offer you upon any future travel needs. Most things are good here, the food is great, the internet connection is high, the front desk is welcoming, they clean our room everyday, etc. The downside is the area itself. It doesn't look that safe. I even saw a car parked with windows broken. They even mentioned to not leave anything inside the car. It'd be a great idea for the hotel to hire a patrol imo

I personally value the time you took to really evaluate our services, property, and overall satisfaction while attending here. Though we do our absolute best to accommodate the needs of our hotel guest, it is extremely frustrating when there are situations which do arise out of our own control. I can share with you that the vehicle you had seen on the property with their window broken was in-fact a staying guest who had purchased her vehicle quite recently in that "as-is" condition. We understand the impression it brought to our hotel by being parked here and we have asked her to remove it from our property if unable to address the conditioning of her property. Our apologies that this occurrence brought a concern to you and those who may have attended with you during your stay with us. Please take care, and we do hope that you will consider us again in the near future if you find yourself in the area again.

We stayed here for one night when we came for a cheer competition. The building is old and outdated, which would be fine, but the room just didn’t feel clean and welcoming. It was dark and especially the bathroom lighting was so dark it made it hard for putting on makeup for competition. Also, the bed skirt on one of the beds was folded up in the bottom and full of dust, dirt, hair and other yuck. The breakfast was included, but really not worth it. I’ve felt sick to my stomach all day since eating. Since I can’t just say bad things, I will say the front desk staff was friendly. And the price was definitely affordable. But I would not stay here again. I’m really not sure why it had such high ratings.

All You Need for a Short Stay
My wife and I stayed overnight for a concert in the Springs, and this was the least expensive hotel option with a decent rating. Cons: While the room was clean, it felt uninviting and in need of updating. The bathroom, in particular had only a single light source, which made it feel dingy. And the location is exactly what you'd expect for the price. At night, I heard someone screaming at the top of their lungs (which a hotel can't always control), as well as a lot of traffic noise from the busy road. Oh, and a garbage truck came by at 5 in the morning. Bring earplugs. Pros: The price was super affordable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the continental breakfast had a lot of variety. Plus, the lobby was clean and cozy. When I added all of the "Pros"-- with the greatest emphasis on the low cost-- the positives made up for the rough night.

Great staff, but building needs updates
Last minute cheap booking, plenty of rooms available, the staff was very sweet and welcoming, the room was old and stuffy and smelled bad. Just dated, bed was comfy for the night. Wouldn't recommend for a long stay.
