Close to lots of fun

Stayed with grandchildren. Had fun in the pool and enjoyed the cafe for dinner. A wonderful breakfast is served. Everyone had a ball.

Not a typical airport hotel

For an airport hotel I was expecting just the basics and arrived to an accomadating staff as as well as a full service on site restaurant with room service. It wasnt luxurious but the bed was quite comfortable and the room and bathroom were spotless.

Easy access from the airport

We arrived at the airport and we were at the hotel in no time. The front desk attendant was super friendly. The room was very comfortable and clean.

The best hotel on our cross-country trip!

Pros: My husband and I drove across country and this hotel had by far the friendliest and most helpful staff. The breakfasts were delicious!
Location: The location is very close to the airport and restaurants. The airport restaurant was very interesting and had great food.
Everything about the hotel was great! The staff was very family friendly and eager to please.

filthy hotel

Pros: Not a whole lot
Cons: Change the carpet
The rug was so dirty in our room I didn't take my shoes off and was afraid to sit of the sofa. Not good!

Was I dissapointed

Pros: The staff was nice and we enjoyed the buffet and pool.
Cons: Staff needs to be aware of these little maintenece things that can become big problems.
Location: Convienient
Carpet was wet and moldy at the window near the a/c. There was a smashed bug on the wall by the sink. The toilet backed up twice. I've stayed here before and was thrilled. This time my expectation level was smashed and really wasn't sure I was at the same motel.

stayed at the hotel for a work-related course that was in Colorado Springs. It wasn't near much but the hotel was nice and clean, friendly staff, enough towels for all guests, even gave us drink coupons! Continental breakfast was better than some places I've been to.

Okay hotel

The rooms were clean, yet could use some updating (mainly the carpets). Also, it was noisy in the morning, yet we were near stairs so that may have been part of it. The free breakfast wasn't good, yet we did eat at the hotel restaurant one night and it was good.
