Pros: They allowed pets
Cons: Everything.
Location: McDonald's in the parking lot. Wal mart up the road. Close to main road where there was plenty of restaurants.
We arrive at the motel, the lobby area was very nice, clean & the staff was very friendly. We get our bags & enter from the side. Here is where the problems begin the outside glass door that you enter from had no handles or locks. You had to stick your fingers in the hole where the lock used to be to open the door. We walk in & the motel smells, the carpet is filthy. We get to the room on the second floor & our keys do not work. We have to go back downstairs & have the keys reprogrammed. The man who reprogrammed the keys said he was the new owner & apologized explained he was getting new locks on the doors next week. We get in the room & it smells. It was late when we arrived so we decided to just get some sleep, We pull back the covers & there are stains on the sheets. I went back to the front desk & asked for some clean sheets, ( they also don't have towels in the rooms, they give them to you when you check in) of course they only gave us two towels and there was three of us so i had to get another towel as well. Went back to the room to make the bed with clean sheets & one of the clean sheets had stains all over it also. We just made do with what clean linens we had. Get settled in for the night, go to the restroom and there is no toilet paper, none ! It is most definitely not a 3 star motel it needs a lot of work, a lot of remodeling. Very unhappy, we had a dog so we didn't have many options as where we could go but next time we will pay more money for a better facility .

Pros: Wish I knew there was a pool there.
My stay wasn't that bad. But the cleaniness of the room, had alot to be improved. The Chaulking around the Tub has to be redone. The Hair Dryer, was dirty, the Ironing Board dirty. Had to sllep with the room Light on, because when you turned off the Room Light with the switch, you turned off the TV as well. Need a better selection for Breakfast. I would stay there again, it was affordable. But Management Needs to address some problems.

Great staff, cheap owners

Front desk staff is super friendly. Housekeeping is terrible, forgot to replace used towels 5 out of 6 days of stay. We were told that hotel policy is that each room only gets 2 towels! Twice when asked for towels that we didn't get from housekeeping we were told they needed to wash more before we could get them. All towels were thin, scratchy, very cheap quality. Did not get soap and shampoo replenished most days. Carpet is old and dirty. Halls smell moldy. Stay elsewhere.

À éviter

Petit déjeuner inexistant : il y a des céréales mais pas de lait, café horrible, pas de jus de fruits et rien d'autres que des gaufres à manger. Piscine chauffée mais qui ne l'est pas....heureusement que le personnel est sympa

Hotel appeared nice. The guy that was working the front desk was very nice. He advised us we probably didn't want to swim in the pool because it's cold right off the bat. We got to our room and noticed we hadn't been left any towels, there was stains on the carpet it didn't appear that it was vaccumed very well either. Overall we weren't too impressed and will not stay there again or recommend anyone do.
