Nice but noisy

This hotel is well kept but not well built. Our room was facing the main road and with the single pane glass you could hear traffic through the night. There was a party next door until 2 am. The footfall noise from the room upstairs was also substantial. Otherwise, the room was clean and well appointed with a convenient kitchenette.

10 night stay with twin toddlers

The front desk staff, Joey, ensured our room was ready with 2 porta-cribs(pack n plays) and that we were on the 1st floor close to the main building, laundry and the playground. Room was clean, housekeeping was courteous and respectful. We would definitely stay again.

I love staying in a Residence inn, I'm so tired of small hotel rooms, I never use the kitchen, but it feels more like home

We didn't want to leave. So much space and all of the comforts of home. Kids really enjoyed the heated pool. It was awesome. I'm staying here next time I'm in Colorado Springs.

The room was very nice and comfy. The surrounding area wasn't too bad, just not the greatest. We would stay here again.

Very nice place. Breakfast was good wven for my wife's gluten free needs. People on the second floor walked loudly though. Staff needs to let cleaning lady when the room is checked out. But overall, I'd go there again.

Clean, Needs upgrades/refurb

Pros: The staff was pleasant and professional.
Cons: Update/refurbish the entire facility
Clean room, nice staff, The bed was worn out - not at all comfortable. The entire facility needs repaint and reconditioning. The rooms are still in the same décor as when it was built in the 1980s.
