“Cute place, Friendly staff!”

This motel was awesome! They had free breakfast that included waffles! They were super friendly and helped us out when we ended up needing to cancel one night. Great location and the NEON is awesome!!!!! Loved it!

“Close to Pikes Peak race”

I was very happy with the Hotel. The staff was very friendly and even gave me a bag of goodies for running in the Pikes Peak race. I would go back again.

“"Suite" Motel”

This was one of the few motels in Manitou with suites (for a larger family). It was the lowest price we could get for a suite, however, more than we usually pay for a suite, so that was the only downfall. The continental breakfast was full (my large family didn't eat all the food they had - which has happened at other places), the housekeeping service didn't interrupt our lives (which has happened at other places), and it's right outside of the downtown area, so it's close enough to not be around TONS of people but only seconds away from being in the town. Plus there is a great view. Also, the 2nd room of the suite had one nice bed, rather than a pullout couch, so the parents didn't have to share a room with any kids! Also, there was a nice pool.

“the place to stay in Manitou springs Co”

Motel is at the perfect location, right across from the city park. If you have pets they will love this motel. Plenty of room to walk your dog or go across the street to the city park. Rooms were large and very clean. Mattresses are firm though.. We always stay here because of the convienent location and great room rates. Free breakfast is great and the pool is nice in the summer months. We recommend this motel to everyone who is staying in Manitou Springs.

“Delightful place to stay.”

Comfortable beds, close to attractions. Loved having the chairs on the porch to be able to sit outside and enjoy in the beautiful mountain air.

This motel was exactly as described. Check in was easy, parking was great, wonderful continental breakfast. They even had a waffle maker, my first attempt proved to be tasty. The room was clean and roomy enough for two people. The bed was pretty okay and the pillows were quite lovely. WiFi worked perfectly. We were attracted to the motel because of its proximity to Pikes Peak, it was only a short distance away. Lastly you absolutely must eat a meal at Mo's Diner - believe the signs, they do have the best food in town!

“I would definitely stay here again!”

This family-owned motel is in the heart of attractions, shopping, dining, etc. I loved Manitou Springs for its laid back character. The motel is also near hiking and biking trails so you can escape to the mountains within minutes! The motel has a swimming pool, great for families. Great place to unwind after a day of adventure!

“Great place to stay for the price!”

Great hotel for the price. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the continental breakfast was great. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Manitou Springs.
