Staff up front was very friendly and accommodating. My main issue was with the shower. The drain did not work very well and was almost overflowing due to the shallow floor.

This was one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed at. Breakfast was good. Pool was nice, but wish they had a hot tub. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Over stay was very good. Serious problem with a $250 hold being put on my credit card and as of 3/22 still has not been released. I find the amount to be quite excessive and the hold should have been released when I checked out on 3/19

The property and staff were great, the room I rented was not what we got, and no other availability options to accommodate, I rented a suite with a sitting area a dinning area and separated sleeping area , what I got was a single room with two beds and a couch and a desk mobility for my dad who was disabled was difficult and sleeping all together in one room was difficult as well I was very careful to book a suite to accommodate my parents we were in town for a funeral, a staff member told me to let your company know to update your website about the discrepancy in your descriptions of there rooms so others don't have this problem it was too late to search for another hotel so we just had to make due.

We were there to see my son for Christmas. It was a great stay. Yummy hot breakfast everyday. Clean and great service. I will always stay here. Thank you for making our visit easy and comfortable.

Loved everything except our room faced the parking lot. So anytime someone locks their car and it honks, it sounds as if the car is in the room with you. Even with the window shut. Also, unable to change thermostat lower than 68 so it was quite warm and no option to run on fan setting to try and block out some parking lot noise. Would recommend asking for a room on other side of building.

Nice stay
Clean facility. Employees at the breakfast center do an excellent job keeping the areas clean and replenish any food or utensils that need to be stocked. Our stay here was pleasant. I would recommend.

The hotel was nice and every one was friendly and helpful. The room was nice but, the shower leaked and it was discovered that it needed caulked and we would not be able to use it for at least 24 hours. They offered to move us to a new room but we were visiting a friend and only there for a few days. We had already unpacked and to pack everything up and move would and unpack would take up what little time we had to visit. They gave us a bunch of bath mats to put down on the floor so water didn’t go all over the floor. The other thing that was very annoying was the mini refrigerator was not attached and it would make a very loud noise. We could push on it which would move it a little and the noise would quit for a little while. The hotel was nice but these problems should have been discovered before.
