breakfast area is too small for the number of rooms in hotel, eat real early or late.

The staff here were great, extremely friendly. The price was right as well. The issues were with general cleanliness and our room. The bathroom in our room was just downright strange, it felt like we were in a hospital (medical chair, white walls and tile, chair in the shower that had no floor). The room itself was nice and big, but felt very much like an economy motel. The TV was probably from 1996 and the view out the window was very ugly (we had to keep the shades closed at all times due to a very bright light outside). Overall not horrible but I would not go back.

Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Pool and hot tub was small but met our needs. Room was a bit tight when opening the sofa bed but as that was only when sleeping it wasn't an issue. We found the location perfect as we were attending an event at Peterson AFB.
