Great place for families.Posted Jul 23, 2014
Fantastic staff. Room was clean except for a little dust in the corners. Nicer breakfast buffet than most in this star level. Fantastic views. Old building but nicely renovated. Elevator is old and clunky.

Nice Hotel, best suites in area.Posted Jul 3, 2014
The time at the front desk took too long, but the stay was fantastic. Nice clean rooms, comfortable bedding, and great free breakfast.

Pros: Location and there was enough room for my family to stay in one suite.
Cons: Beds were a littel firm but not bad.
Location: Been to CO Springs before so already had agenda lined out. Were able to raft out of Canon City and participate in other activities in Denver area.
Very comfortable and located in a great spot. The staff was upbeat and positive.

Nice hotel. Great rate on trip advisor.Posted Jun 23, 2014
Has workout facility and laundromat on site. The breakfast options are nice. The only thing I didn't care for were the parking spaces are all sized for compact cars. Many people had to squeeze between the other vehicle to get into their car. Basically it's a very nice place with crappy parking.

Great dog-friendly hotelPosted Mar 1, 2014
Very friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed. Breakfast was above average - great fresh fruit. Will definitely stay there again. Great value.

We had a most comfortable stay!!! When I booked the suite I thought I was getting a 2 bd/1 ba suite, pleasantly pleased to see a 2 bd/2 ba suite. All the incidendentals were thoughtfully provided. Bonus free washer/dryers!!! We had such a delightful stay. Would definitely recommend this facility.

Will stay elsewhere if in CO again.Posted Aug 22, 2013
Pros: Basketball court although there was nothing to keep the ball from bouncing into the river behind it.
Cons: Everything mentioned above.
Having stayed at a Staybridge many times in MT we booked this one in CO. Disappointed. Place felt run down. Carpets worn. Mattress sagged. One of the two computers in the business section was out of order and the speed of the internet was ridiculously slow. Wifi was also useless there. Member of our party tried the eggs with cheese at the breakfast buffet and said they were awful. The dining area did not feel clean and there was only one salt shaker to be found.

Pet friendly but not people friendly.Posted Aug 7, 2013 on Hotels.com
First room smelled of urine so I was switched to another room. This room smelled of urine also. I was told that since it was a pet friendly hotel that this is a common issue. I travel with my small dog frequently and never let her urinate on the floor. I have never had a room with carpet this dirty or an odor this strong. The staff was friendly but I would not recommend this hotel to anyone with or without a pet.

Nothing memorable. Undergoing badly needed renovation. Room and bathroom too small. Trains would wake me up
