“"What a pleasant surprise"”
Chose this hotel mainly because of price, since we just needed a place to "crash", and really wasn't expecting much. What a pleasant surprise! Nothing fancy, but rooms are clean and comfortable, property is well maintained. Continental breakfast was a little heavy on carbs, therefore not so great for our diabetic companion (yogurt would have been nice). Otherwise we were extremely pleased. Given its convenience to the airport, and proximity to all of the points of interest at the southern end of Colorado Springs (Garden of the Gods, Cave of the Winds, Seven Falls, Manitou Springs / Pike's Peak Cog Railway, and the road to Cripple Creek) this could be the best deal in town.

the motel near the airport was quite ok, using it last night before departure. the tv in the room had a red coloured screen.

We got a really good deal and so we didn't expect much. I was a great location for our needs. We basically got exactly what we paid for.

No complaints...good accommodations for the price. We weren't able to enjoy the continental breakfast unfortunately...had an early flight to catch and the food wasn't available yet.

Nice Hotel. Due to unforseen circumstances, I ended up staying longer than planned. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Met some nice travelers. 7-11 near by and a bar/restaurant were enough for my needs.

Rooms are maintained like new. Nice size rooms.Friendly accommodating staff. Stayed 4 nights. Surely will return on future visits to Colorado. A little heard to find. The sign is enclosed in shrubs. Breakfasts are meager but nice to have on the run.
