The hotel staff was friendly my room was ready at check in. I had a very peaceful nights sleep as the bed was comfortable. TV could use an upgrade but it worked fine. I would stay here again.

Good place.Posted Jul 11, 2014
Pros: It quiet, and clean.
Cons: The breakfast comes out of packages. No eggs, no bacon, nothing that is cooked. Maybe that should change?
Location: Close to the Garden of the Gods.
It's clean, it's close to the Garden of the Gods as well as pretty central to everything.
Life is too short. Spring for a nicer place.Posted May 30, 2014
The building is old and terrible, and smells strongly of cigarettes everywhere. The beds were uncomfortable, and our sheets were stained. The rooms are dingy and dark, and we literally had to hit our tv to get it to work. Im all for saving money, but not at the expense of comfort and cleanliness!

DirtyPosted Jul 15, 2013 on Hotels.com
This Super 8 was gross and dirty. Carpets, towels, curtains, sheets, and pillowcases are all stained and gross. The manager was rude and unreasonable about parking. Located right off interstate with good access to Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs. But it's gross and dirty.

Non-smoking room reeked of cigarette smokePosted Jul 11, 2013
Cons: Clean everything! Stop smoking in the hallways and office.
Location: close to restaurants
There wasn't even a way to air out the cigarette smoke as it poored in from hallways and outside window and A/C. Stained carpeting and dirty bedspreads.

Clean, no frills hotelPosted Jul 6, 2013
The staff was very friendly, they offered a breakfast buffet that I didn't get to see or sample due to my WAY too early mornings. As I was leaving just before 2am the night clerk asked me if I wanted any breakfast or fruit to take with me. That was my last day after I checked out! Very thoughtful! The parking lot is a bit cramped and the a/c was chilly, but not cold. It did have a in room fridge and a microwave. Bare bones clean and located right off the freeway.

BadPosted May 28, 2013
Pros: It was cheap.
Cons: see above
Location: Colorado Springs is great; this motel is not.
Very poor motel experience! Air conditioner barely worked, and it was only in the low 80's. No outlets near the beds. No outlets near the desk. We were in the room when the cleaning staff came and we asked them to come back later. They never came back. Avoid.

Terrible!! Parking lot was not maintained and had thick ice and piles of snow. We woke up to no water and were told a pipe had broke and we could use a basin down the hall - no offer of bottled water. My husband's comment about the breakfast - "could find a better selection in a vending machine".
