“Great Hotel, But...”
We loved our room, although smaller than anticipated. I called ahead to check to see what kind of supplies the kitchen had and was told pretty much everything except dish soap, etc. There was only one pan, and two bakeware dishes, plus dishware and basic utensils with a knife, can opener, and two cooking spoons. The picture that I saw on their website showed a toaster/bake type oven on top of the refridge that our unit did not have. The hotel does not have vcr/dvd players in the room, you have to check one out at the front desk, and even then, they only have 3! We ate 3 meals at the hotel. One Managers reception, which I was somewhat disappointed in, they had pita night, and it was not very good. I was also surprised that there was very little to choose from. WE also had two breakfasts, again, not very impressed. Food, such as breakfast burritos were hard, and egg patties stuck together. Also, the hotel was under MAJOR construction, and STUNK really bad in the hallways/foyer from the fumes!! Even next to the food service area! I know people usually only write about the negative, but our room was very comfortable, and the Housekeeping services were exceptional, and the front desk was very friendly and helpful, so I guess that is what really matters, not the food! Just and FYI.
