“The Mining Exchange - Wonderful!”

Great hotel, in a very historic building. The rooms, and service were impeccable, do yourself and favor and grab a room at this 'hidden gem', in downtown!

Great room and great staff, very friendly! The rooms where nice and the shower was the best part. Vallet parking was affordable and very convienant. Seemed like the entire staff was always pleased to help us with whatever we needed.

“great for a couples getaway”

We got a regular room with a king size bed and I was very impressed for it being a standard room. The shower was big and had a shower head on each end, done in all 20 inch tile granite counter tops, long desk at the foot of the bed with granite, bed was very comfortable, I slept great! Beautiful lobby and bar area. IWe didn't have a chance to try the restaurant though.

“100 yrs old charm”

It is a 100+ year old building that was remodeled with the highest level of class an charm. I really enjoyed the experience!!!!! The only draw-back was the fact that I had to pay for parking. Hotel of this quality and price should have valet parking as a courtesy. I would definately return!!!

“Great downtown hotel!”

LOVED the Grand Mining Exchange! Excellent value -- beautiful, great design, clever features, and great location. I was on vacation, but would be an excellent choice for business travelers. I don't think it would be the best option for families though. I highly recommend stopping in to admire the beautiful lobby.

Very nice place to stay. Mini Bellagio, Very clean, quiet and the staff is excellent.

“Lovely hotel for couples and business travelers.”

We stayed here only one night and we wish it had been more. The vintage hotel has recently been redone and they did a great ,great job. My only complaint would be that our room was a bit small. But that is expected for the age of the hotel. On the plus side, our room was beautifly appointed and the bed was very comfortable.The staff was very friendly and helpful. They have a wonderful little patio bar and a beautiful lobby. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. Over all a fabulous place to stay. This hotel makes me smile!
