"Good hotel and location"
Staff are very friendly and helpful. Standard room was quite small, but with high ceilings making it feel more spacious. Good location for Roman forum, but be advised of a 10-15 min walk in either direction to get in (you can't access it from via di San teodoro). Would definitely book again.

"Fabulous place to stay while in Rome"
We had 4 family members in our party - over 55, 21, 17 and 12. Rome had it all! Wonderful city We all loved the hotel! Central to all the attractions, but quite quiet, the staff were wonderful, the rooms adequate (we had the mini suite and upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite half way through, just because we fancied more room). The kitchenette was basic (just a hob, no oven). no kettle but pots and pans to get by. Nice breakfast (continental type) and served from around 7.30-10.30. Beds were comfy, the sofa beds were also very good

"A good city hotel"
A very warm welcome from staff who wanted us to enjoy our stay. We were given a map and talked through the major attractions, the process for catching a bus and the best resturants to visit. We were allowed into our room four hours early too which is a bit plus point when you have been up since three am.

"Quaint Hotel"
At first the hotel is hard to find because it is within an apartment complex. I would have liked a little warning about that as it took us a few minutes to realize where it was located. Once my fiance and I found the reception area on the 3rd floor, we had a decent time. There is not much extra noise at night in the surrounding area (at least on weekdays) which makes for very sound sleeping. Trying to eat healthy while on vacation is often difficult. Luckily there is a small market nearby which has a decent selection of fruit, yogurt, and other healthy goods at a reasonable price. The only real way to see Rome is to wander and get a little lost. It forces you to get to know the city and you find all sorts of small restaurants, shops, etc. Overall, we had a lovely time!

"Amazing little place for a great price"
Roberta (owner) was so sweet and drew on a map all the to-go places and even some of her favorite restaurants. They served breakfast in the morning with yummy cappucinos, pastries, juice, etc. and were always super kind. Her restaurant recommendations were great! They have WiFi, it's very clean, and it's only about a 10 or 15 minute walk to the Colosseum/ancient runes. If you stay here you have to go to the Gilatto place just down & across the street (leaving the inn to the right) on the corner. DELICIOUS! The only thing that I would say was annoying was lugging our suitcases there on the Roman roads! So if you can, I'd take a bus to the city from the airport, and then a taxi to the inn :)
