"Excellent hotel, very close to all attractions"
This hotel was excellent. The staff were very friendly. The room was excellent and very clean. The location couldnt be faulted. Everything was in walking distance. The breakfasts in the little cafe up the road were brilliant.

"Close to everything!"
We were able to walk to all the places we wanted to see. The apartment is unbelievably close to the Colosseum and Roman Forum. Take note, the apartment is upstairs, and there is no elevator. The shower (like many other apartments in Italy) is very small. Directly opposite a metro stop, but we didn't notice any dodgy people hanging around, unlike at other stations. The street is quiet enough, but there are also enough people walking around at night for it to feel safe.

"Excellent Hotel, perfect location"
Lovely little hotel in the perfect location nestled between the coliseum & the roman forum. Lovely rooms (we had the superior suite) friendly & helpful staff. Thanks for making my boyfriends 30th all the more special. We didnt use the Metro once, simply walked everywhere, all over the city & it was lovely to come back to the area of the hotel & first sight being that of the Roman Forum! Can not recommend this hotel enough.

"Nice hotel about a block from colosseum"
Stayed in Augustus room. Clean, decent size in Rome for 2 adults + 2 kids. Walkable to Cavour metro station, Colosseum, Roman forums and Piazza Venezia. Excellent help from staff for directions, metro, buses and restaurants. The breakfast place is next door. The food and service was functional (nothing great) and was open at 6 am. Our room faced the corridor and any noise could easily be heard. The hotel has 6 rooms so not much traffic in corridor. The windows provide good road noise isolation when closed, otherwise it can be loud. The hotel let us checkout and store luggage in a side room since our train to Venice was later in the afternoon. Overall a nice, quaint hotel in a great location with gracious and helpful staff.

"A Hidden Gem "
Understated elegance inside and out. The atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. The staff were friendly, professional and could not do enough to make sure our stay was happy. The location was ideal, just a five minute stroll to the Colosseum.

The heart of Ancient Rome, all roads led to the Forum. Visitors flock here to walk the streets where Julius Caesar once trod when this was the centre of commercial, political and judicial life. Nearby, the Colosseum, described by Lord Byron as 'the gladiators' bloody circus', is the world's most famous amphitheatre and the most impressive of all Rome's buildings and ruins.
