I had very little water pressure and no hot water. Also in my room, I could set that I wanted it warmer or cooler but not an actual temperature. My room was very cold for my stay.

Staff was very friendly. However, the property was clearly outdated and in dire need of renovation and upgrades. As all furniture etc looks like it was original to when the hotel was built.

Pool was freezing with no towels available. Poor paint and upkeep, some peeling wallpaper, mismatched tiles and paint. Very small trash can in only one of two rooms In Suite. Hallway trash cans also packed full and not emptied. Front desk staff was friendly and responsive. Breakfast was “included” but food and staff were nowhere to be found. Traveling with two small children, but no rush to wait on us quickly. Almost 40 minutes between sitting down and getting food, and there was only one other table of 2 people there. Very poor service for breakfast.

I'm sure at one point this was a very nice hotel. However it has not been maintained well. Plaster and paint cracking. The handicap accessible room was in a location that would be hard for someone in a wheelchair to get into very easily and the ice machine was just outside the door. The staff at the desk and the lady working the bar/food area were all very pleqsant and nice.

Affordable. Quiet. Clean. Convenient to major streets, highways and government offices. No housekeeping service during 1-week stay. My room was in a far-away corner next to the ice machine and a maintenance room open to the hallway and about 6 ft from my door. Kind of scary for a senior woman traveling alone.

The temperature of the pool was very cold, no hot water in the shower area where pool changing area, no replacement of towels for pool. Expedia stated double queen rooms, but they are double beds. Since they changed the size changed there is a safety hazard of mattress supports sticking out on the sides under bed where we could run into or kids could get hurt. Amenities were good, except the hair dryer was missing in our room. We had called and requested adjoining rooms directly after booking and staff stated it wouldn't be a problem yet when we checked in the didn't get them. The manager did find and set it up for our second night and added a fridge and microwave.

The elevator from the covered parking garage is out of service AGAIN. The areas in the parking lot are full of trash. The rooms temperature control does not work correctly.

The first room didn’t have heat and the shower sprayed on the floor. I was moved the next day and there was a spider in my room and the shower water came out brown. You can hear everything, woke up to a kid yelling about pennies. They kept trying to charge me for nightly fees which I had notice about. Really gone downhill over the years. Supes friendly though.

The sink in the bathroom had something stuck to it. It looked like vomit. I ran water in the sink & checked it about five minutes later and whatever was died in the bottom of the sink lifted and went down the drain. What's with the 3 small square pillows on the beds?? I did not think I would have to bring my own pillow. It takes forever for the water in the sink to get warm. We used the bathtub, since the water got hot quicker in the bathtub, than the sink. Beds were very comfortable. Front desk staff were great.

I just slept here & left. The elevator was very noisy and I’d head the door ding do the elevator every 20mins. The walls were thin since I could hear the guy in the next room doing illicit things. Then of course like every hotel now days… they charged a destination blah blah thing that’s basically just a hidden 10$ that they “charge everyone” just include it in the price. I am getting tired of hotels trying to make their prices comparable then hiding their real cost in a mandatory fee for AC and water or some dumb thing like that. I won’t be staying here again.

This hotel has it all
A great experience. Clean comfortable. The breakfast was the best we have ever had.This is a beautiful hotel with an excellent pool and workout area. The atrium with the waterfall is magnificent. The indoor parking is very nice for any season with elevator access on all levels.
