Nicest of what you can choose from.Posted Apr 12, 2014
The hotel is ok. It's better than other choices around the town. It's not fancy. It's not 4-star, but it serves the purpose. Internet was slow. Restaurant isn't open for dinner. Breakfast is buffet only.

Average HotelPosted Mar 15, 2014
Rooms were clean, staff was friendly, the facilities were nice, but the hotel looks like nothing has been updated since the 90's.

Nice Place Downtown Jeff CityPosted Jan 12, 2014 on Hotels.com
The staff were very attentive and the food was decent. Nice full service hotel. Also the Sun Coast salts that are available in the room and hotel bathrooms are really nice - I bought them for a few people in my life that will appreciate them. Hotel is right downtown and well maintained - plus parking garage is convenient (and free). Will definitely look to stay there whenever I have to be in Jeff City.

Don't stay here.Posted Dec 10, 2013
Terrible rooms, but at least it's over priced. A great place to book your trade show or company event if you genuinely dislike your employees and prospective clients. Upon check in, I experienced the following last night. 1) Almost no one was staying here. The vibe was like The Shining. 2) Room smelled strongly of chemicals. 3) TV did not work. Interactive channel Service did not work. It was as if they once had a service, but stopped paying for it. At one point I was watching a web interface for a tripplight power surge protector. 4) Toilet ran all night. 5) Hair dryer had a short in its indicator light that required it to be unplugged to stop randomly blinking and waking me up. 6) Ruined a $100 shirt with the iron. Spit brown water out and black particles when steaming. The only conceivable reason I can think of for someone to stay here is if a group of twenty something hipsters booked the entire place ironically to hold some kind of late 80s prom parody. The decor is perfect for that. This room was so completely outdated and ill kept, I can only assume that the property is going out of business or due to be sold soon.
