Weekly rates in the middle of crack town. Looks run down and dirty from the street. Management was wonderful! Refunded my money in a heartbeat. Very accommadating. Very nice guys but I locked my child in the car and went in alone. YUK!

“Not as Advertised”

I arrived in Columbia after driving all day, hot tired and ready to check in. The clerk that meet me was nice, but the hotel was not. When I got my room, it was filthy, thick dust on many surfaces. Carpe was dirty, bathroom was not finished, and the A/C was not turned on, even though it was around 97 outside. I tried to access the wireless internet and was told since I was on third floor it did not work well, it did not work at all. The towels had stains on them, the sink water controls were not connected to the sink and I had to turn the light switches on and off several times to get them to work. I also had to take my valuables and dress clothes with me as a sign on the door warned of theft and management could not be responsible. When I went to check out, I wanted to speak to someone about the conditions I stayed in, but a young man, not the clerk, just took my key and said nothing and I was ready to leave so I did and did not look back. I would never stay in such a place again!
