“Nice place; would stay again”

I had a positive experience at this hotel. I got in late at night and was exhausted. I was impressed with how quick the check-in process was, as I was in bed within minutes of arriving. There are newer looking hotels around this one, but I was impressed with the furnishings and decor of this hotel. Also, my room and bathroom was very clean. Check-out was equally fast and I was happy that check-out time was noon (since I had a 1:00pm interview and did not want to wait around). If I ever find myself in Columbia again, I would stay at this hotel.

“Wonderful hotel and great stay”

We stayed at this hotel while visiting our son at Ft Jackson. It was conveniently located to the base, extremely clean, quiet, very friendly staff and the king room was very large. Maid service was great. Breakfast buffet was more than adequate. Indoor pool area was very nice although we didn't swim. This was our first stay at this hotel chain and I would highly recommend it. It felt like a home away from home.

Good hotel at a good price.

We came in to see our daughter graduate from boot camp. This hotel was above what we were expecting. After traveling all night they allowed us to check in early. Rooms were very clean, bathrooms not so much but I asked the front desk if they could send someone in to clean it and they did. Loved the fresh baked chocolate chip cookies every afternoon. All the staff was so nice and helpful. Breakfast each morning was very good and extensive. Although we didn't swim the pool it was in constant use and everyone seemed to be having fun. The workout room looked very clean too. The hotel was easy to find and not too far away from Ft. Jackson. Well worth the little extra driving distance!

“Great for Ft. Jackson Graduation”

We stayed at this hotel recently while attending our daughter's graduation from basic training at Ft. Jackson. The hotel was perfect for us. It was minutes from our exit for Ft. Jackson, the room was clean and comfortable, the front desk was helpful, and although I never ate the breakfast, I did poke my head in and it looked good and ample (I just didn't have time to sit down and eat). Although we don't plan another trip to Columbia since our daughter is done with her training, we do plan to stay at Country Inn & Suites in the future.

“Best Ever and Look Forward to Returning Very Soon”

We went to visit our daughter in Basic Training In Apr 09 and stayed at the Ramada Inn. We paid a higher price than what we paid at this Inn and the comfort level was horrible. No breakfast, not all channels were on TV, linen was not changed (not satisfied at all) Felt like a whole different world here. Continental Breakfast, swimming pool, clean rooms, cable tv, internet, and more. Overall satisfaction was in this Inn. We loved it.

“Excellent service and clean”

Service was excellent. Room was exceptionally clean, bed comfortable. The sheets was soft and of a high thread count, pillows and comforter were grest! This is so far the best Country Inn and Suites I stayed at (not that any were bad). The pool was indoors and room warm enough. Although a busload of people were eating before they left, the staff quickly replenished the breakfast items. We had to leave before breakfast on the last morning and the hotel supplied "to go" breakfast bags.

Nice hotel located right off the freeway, with lots of restraunts, stores and gas nearby. Our room was clean and well kept, they served a great breakfast in the morning with biscuits & sausage gravy, eggs, cereal and muffins. The only complaint was the indoor pool was cold as ice. But overall a great stay for the money.
