the room was very nice and the hotel was relly nice. i enjoyed myself even though i was there for a short time.

“A Truly Excellent Experience”

Our stay at this hotel was a really good experience. The hotel manager was on duty to sign us in. He is an extremely pleasant fellow. We noticed that he had won a Gold Award for customer service and this was our experience with him, as well. The other hotel staff that we met were polite and courteous, also. The hotel itself was well maintained and our room was roomy and comfortable. This is the place that we will stay in when we visit family in Columbia, MO.

Because of the mix up the hotel upgraded our room, not really necessary as ours was a very short stay, but also gave us a great rate. Highly recommend, will stay again as we go that way often.

“Comfort At It's Best”

This was the first time that I had a suite. Since I usually share a room with someone else, it was wonderful to have the luxury of having two T.V. sets since our interests are very different. Although there was not a restaurant in the hotel, there were many restaurants within a very short distance from the hotel. The beds were very comfortable, with lots of pillows, which I loved. It was also nice to have the microwave and refrigerator in the room. This hotel was only a year or so old, so it still had the "new" smell. It was just a beautiful place to stay,.

“"Very Nice Place but can be Pricey"”

Nice facility. Everything just the way I expected as I have stayed with this chain before. The only dissapointment I had was when I decided to stay another day my rate increased 40% due to large event taking place last week. I like the facility but in my mind it was not worth 40% more for the same amenities. The owner did offer me a lower rate the night after I paid the higher rate but it was higher 20% higher that my first night. I decided to head back towards home rather than stay another night there.
