Everything was great except every time I turned on the water in the bathroom sink, a strong sort of sewage smell was present! Yuk!!

Everytime we come to Columbia we stay here. We have NEVER had an issue and I can honestly say we have stayed here over 10 separate occasions! Every time has been great and I have never had any complaints. Staff is always nice, it’s always clean, rooms are put together nice, and it’s always quiet! They also have a pretty good breakfast! Would recommend and we for sure will stay again.

Location was easy on/off from interstate. The room was very clean and wonderfully dark for sleeping, beds quite comfortable. The AC unit was rather noisy when it came on or switched off. Nice shower and good breakfast.

The room was equipped with a refrigerator and a microwave which I didn't realize when I booked. It was very spacious and clean. The young lady that handled my check in was very pleasant and professional. The only downside to the room is that it is on the 1st floor and there's a large almost bay window sized window that looks out to the front of the building where people park. If I want sunlight I can't open the shades without seeing people walking by, now I'm not sure if anyone can see inside so I'm just keeping the shades closed to be safe.

The property was in a very convenient location for us, and the breakfast was amazing. However, other guests were loud in the late evening and we had several issues with our key card, requiring us to ask the front desk several times to help us get in our room, up to twice a day.

We apologies for the inconvenience caused by noise from other guests and key card issue. We are excited to inform you that we are changing all our electronic locks with RFID lock system in couple months. we are happy that you liked our hotel breakfast.

Very nice property, enjoyed my stay. Housekeeping staff are always friendly and courteous. The breakfast selections were okay, but this is my second stay where the biscuits are very stale tasting and hard.

It was nice. It definitely wasn’t quiet but to be expected with a ton of people in town for state championships. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a lot of choices.

When I go there, they asked for a $250.00 deposit after already being paid for. The lady was very rude that worked the front desk at 3:30pm... I will never stay here again.

Bathroom was so tiny, one had to stand sideways to close the door. Faucet was loose and wobbly. TV had no network coverage.

This is the second Country Inn hotel that we've been in. We were not happy about the first one but when i booked this one i just said to myself why not give this a second chance and we did and we're satisfied. The size of the room is big enough and it was clean. The beds were comfortable and the amenities are to our satisfaction.

We brought 20 students, 2 teachers, and a bus driver for an overnight field trip. The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming, kind, and helpful. They were able to arrange for our rooms to be ready for an early check-in. The rooms were large and spacious and easily housed all four students. The complimentary breakfast was great and the breakfast room easily held our entire group plus multiple families. The fitness room is small but meets the needs for a basic workout. The check-in and check-out processes were efficient. I would highly recommend this property for group travel. The staff were fantastic!
