Patched walls no paint ripped furniture. Mold in the shower. Could not use fridge or microwave or it would thow the breaker for half the room..

Hotel pictures on the websites are not like the real rooms,The rooms are very old style and was not clean. It could of been cleaned way better than it was.

A big Mistake

This is a prime example of you get what you pay for. But I've been in much nicer cheap hotel, so actually the people at Day's Inn need much improvement. The morning breakfast was the best part of my stay and it was still substandard.

Inconsiderate Staff & Messed Up Rooms

Pros: Checking out and leaving.
Cons: When a reservation is made and confirmed, keep it for the person who reserved it. This was prepaid in full.
Location: It looked like we were in the ghetto. We went to a shop nearby and I was not comfortable getting out of the car. Vagrants were walking around.
I made and verified our reservation for late check in after viewing the pictures online. I reserved three rooms for both myself and my family. When we arrived at the hotel there was a sign on the door about there not being enough towels. I told the clerk we had a reservation and gave her my name. She stated the rooms she had available for us and I told her that was not correct. I then told her what was reserved and confirmed. She insisted it was Expedia's fault and not the hotel's (I'm glad she thought the whole situation was funny). She kept talking and talked about how they got booked up and gave the rooms that sounded like what should have been ours to others who checked in before us. When we did get to the room, the refrigerator would not get cold, between the three rooms, we had to share a microwave, and the room itself looked run down. My daughter & nephew told me I did not need to look at their rooms because I was already upset. Had I thought about it I would/should have taken pictures. I did not want to use the shower because of the way it looked. The sink needs to be replaced because it was messed up, and there were tacky patch jobs on the walls.
