We chose this hotel because it said it had a hot tub . But again we are finding that the pool and the hot tub closed for supposed maintenance . As we had already paid per your site requirements we were unable to go somewhere else . I did call and speak to a representative to check on the hot tub availability. But of course it is an off site service and can only share what is on the computer so not their fault . Days inn also has these stupid metal frames under the bed . Every time you sit or get into bed it makes a loud noise . Of course you get to hear your neighbors beds making that noise too . We will never stay at another Days inn again . Not worth the hassle .

TV didnt work. Random nails sticking out on walls, walls filthy. Smelled funny. Heard dripping water from floor above all night. Furniture old, scratched and chipped.

Unfortunately the town's internet was out so no tv...the clerk didn't tell me until after i registered. We would have continued on. Also our room smelled like dog.

The hotel room did not have any chairs and when I asked the front desk the attendant told me he would get house keeping to bring chairs. They did not bring any chairs to the room. The wifi was down and when I brought that to the attention of the same attendant he called his boss and was told a tech would come out in the morning to reboot the system. The tech did not come in the evening because the hotel refused to pay an after hours call out fee. When I woke to the morning attendant she stated we will get chairs brought up to the room today and she argued with me that the wifi was not down even though no one could log in. Disappointing staff and service at this hotel.

The original room I reserved which was the suite was not available due to a water leak. They then moved me to another room and the bathroom flooded. Then I was moved to a third room which was ok.

Upon arrival and stepping out of car, overheard staff member irately screaming about some problem. Once inside, the woman behind the counter started to check me in, then left for a solid 10 minutes before finishing up with me. After getting into my room, which was down the hall of the cleaning cart, indicating it should have been cleaned, there was dirt and hair all over the floor. The bed was practically all boxspring, and very uncomfortable. I've been more comfortable sleeping on couches

The property pool has been closed for three months evidently and there’s no hot tub. And my room was not ready when I got there at 4:30 PM. We had to wait 40 minutes to be able to go to the room. I’ve never had a bad experience with wind them until now.

Short staffed. Room was not ready until 9:30 at night! The staff was polite, but it is hard to give a 5 star review when rooms aren't ready earlier than 9:30 PM. And mine wasn't the only one. There was about five of us waiting. If they are short staffed, I am not sure what they can do.

This property was disgusting. There was something splattered on the ceiling in our room. Top sheet looked filthy. Just overall dirty!! Was not worth the money we paid!

This place was undergoing “renovations” the hall way was littered with trash. At night people were outside our window intoxicated fighting for hours

They say they are remodeling. Our room smelled terribly of old cigarette smoke. We could tell they had recently painted the room, but there were paint splatters on the mirror and other places. There was an outlet without a cover. The beds were clean and very comfortable. The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. I think just a little more attention to details and the rating would be much higher
