“Hotel”
Ok stay. Service was very good but room walls and were dirty. Cleanliness could have been better.
“Was OKAY for the price, but the customer service SUCKED!”
The hotel was HOT in the hallways, on every floor. The ice machine on the 3rd floor was BROKE, so we had to go to a different floor for ice. It took the room almost forever to cool off. There is a train track right next to the hotel. Luckily, not that many trains came thru. The pillows and beds were quite comfy, but the remote didn't work in one of the rooms we rented. We rented 2 rooms because we had 7 people in our party.
“Not impressed at all”
The counter in the bathroom was falling off the wall, the floors weren't very clean, and the bedskirt had some crusty something on it. Parking lot was a little difficult and tight. The employees were very courteous, but this hotel was not what I expected. I could have stayed across the street in a much nicer place for the same cost.
“Disappointed”
We were consistently disappointed with this Comfort Inn. I made the reservation there based on its location and name. The location was good; we were 10 minutes from Fort Jackson with easy access to and from I-77 & I-20. However the hotel is old and minimally maintained. It took until the second day we were there for the stairs to be vacuumed. The breakfast was a sparse continental offering with no yogurt or variety of fruit offered. As we drove by other Confort Inns that were more modern and with little travel distance difference to Fort Jackson we were continuously reminded that there were better choices for this hotel chain.
“Nice Stay”
Our stay was very comfortable while visiting my daughter stationed at Ft. Jackson. The hotel personnel were very nice and accommodating and our room was comfortable. Access and location were reasonable.
“Inconvenient Driveway”
The entry and exit drives are not real convenient and the motel is hard to find, even with a GPS navigator. It location is convenient to I-77 and that is the best attribute that it has.
