Older motel. They’ve tried to update it but with limited success. Bedding was very thin… very noisy with traffic and other guests. Lady receptionist was excellent. The rest were useless. Breakfast was a joke… cereal with no milk… wouldn’t stay there again and wouldn’t recommend it unless you are hard up.. certainly is an Econo motel…😩😩😩

I booked the room online, their site said that there was a smoking room available. I only booked at this hotel for that reason. I have cancer and smoke medical marijuana. I paid for the room and didnt stay, bad customer relations. Never stay here again. The staff told me to stand outside to smoke, I AM SICK

Not clean. Stayed cold all night. Attendant was playing the slot machine upon arrival. In the description the room i choose said coffee in the room with coffee maker. Clean and its and its smoking. Thats why i wanted this room so I can vape I was told no smoking. Tolit didnt flush. Workers had horrible attitudes. No free breakfast. It was horrible did not finish my over night stay.

Better than I expected!
Ummm it was a little sketchy at night. I’m a female traveling alone. There was a lot of men hanging outside of all ethnicities. The room itself was actually nicer than I expected. It had a tv mounted on the wall, a mini fridge and a microwave on top of it. The water in the shower was actually hot and I was able to take a long hot shower. The bedding I never slept on because I always bring my own, the mattress already had a zip on mattress cover so I was super happy about that. The bedding did have some weird stains and so did the towels. No daily housekeeping and no late check outs.

After ringing the bell, and calling the line, the receptionist, I use that term lightly came to the front desk. We had awoken her from her slumber, and as such, she did not have time to put on a bra with her white tank top, nor put her teeth in if she had any After that, we found that there were several people living in the property and had moved some of their furniture outside to watch their children play all night long. We were provided with half of a trashcan, one towel and stayed for two nights. We opted to just leave and not even ask for a refund because it was too scary to approach anyone in the parking lot or reception area

First, we had to wait for one hour and ten minutes before our room was ready. They double charge me I still have not got my money back. There were several flys in our room. No table or chairs in the room. Hot water was barely warm. The breakfast was a big joke! Will not recommend this place to anyone! I could go on, hope you get the picture!

Congested parking and loud voices and loud cars...
Doing a remodel. Will be nice when done. In the mean time you got to deal with parking issues. Things all over the places. Walk ways and parking constricted. Not room to pull near room or to park. Parking areas cluttered with old mattress. To much noise overnight from people who live there as weekly. Loud voices and cars romping in and out all night. Got about 5 hours of sleep out of 12 hours.

My Mother and I pulled into this property and immediately started trying to find another place to stay. It looked filthy! Furniture outside of all the rooms, the windows were so dirty you couldn't see the curtains from the outside. Trash all over the parking lot and two huge dumpsters overflowing. We weren't even going to go into the office.

The most filthy motel i have ever stayed at. I honestly contemplated sleeping in my car. The so called continental breakfast had bugs on the food and tables that weren't cleaned the whole week i had stayed there. Absolutely disgusting, stained dirty linens. My socks would get dirty just walking on the carpet in my room. No way this place is up to health code or building standards. Avoid at all costs.

Booked on short notice.
I don't know if I missed that this room was a smoking room, however it smelled as if someone had just been lighting up moments before we arrived. The bathtub was rusted and I didn't feel safe showering. The pictures on the site made it difficult to determine that the doors open to the parking lot. I have also never stayed anywhere that had laminate flooring in the main room.

There were holes in the blankets and dirt in the bed. The floors were sticky and the bathroom smelled like sewage. The sink faucet shot wayer out everywhere but in the bowl. Booked two nights but only stayed one. They told me I could not get my money back for the second night but I would not ever stay there again!

This is one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed, cockroaches, nasty dirty, nefarious acting people coming and going all night, broke glass in the parking lot... I should’ve looked first before booking.

The staff was very nice. We had to call 1st thing and have the bedding changed. It was dirty and had not been changed. She told us we had to change it ourselves. Of course we did not! There was food left in the refrigerator and the freezer was frosted that we couldn't use it. We had a hard time consistently connecting to the internet. The plug in by the vanity didn't work. It was noisy in the morning. The rate was great, but eill not be staying there again.

Was only open for coffee no breakfast even thought Jefferson City has removed the mask ban and the beds were hard and the heater had no thermostat so we were up and down most of the night trying adjust it either too hot or too cold period

The place was dated the TV didn’t work. There were patches in the walls that hadn’t been finished. The shower curtain was ripped up. When I turned on the bathroom faucet, water sprayed out the sides to the point of getting my shirt wet.

Got there to check in, receptionist seemed kind of out of it. Checkin was very slow. She gave me room 112, went to that room and the bed wasnt made, everything was as if someone was already staying in that room. Went back tk receptionist, she gave me room 114, the next room over. Opened the door and there were two peole sleeping in the bed!!! So we went back a 3rd time and she gave us room 115 and thank goodness it at least looked as if no one was in the room so we stayed. But not very happily.

The customer service was good. But nothing could help dirty rooms, cigarette burns and hair on sheets. Shower working improperly. Tv not working well. Couldnt sleep for the loud noises. No good!

The beds were hard and uncomfortable pillows were flat went to purchase my own television wasn't cable TV it was antenna TV. But you get what you pay for pool wasn't open
