“Excellent customer service!”

I stayed at this hotel the night before the Missouri State cross country meet, with a group of teenage girls, to watch their teammate compete and the service that I received from the front desk was above and beyond any expectations. Even though the hotel was busy, the night person at the desk accomodated any requests that I had and even allowed my girls a little extra time at the pool, since we had arrived so late. With any luck, we will be going to State again next year and I will be going back to this hotel because of the outstanding treatment we were given.

“Sad unexpected trip made comforting”

A very close relative had passed away and traveling alone, the hotel was very close to where I needed to be. The front desk employees were very helpful and friendly. Always with a smile. Very comforting. Other employees with whom I came in contact were just as nice. This hotel was recommended to me, as I wish to do the same To the hotel, employees, and yes , to the breakfast, a 10 thumbs up.Thank you. Hope to visit again under better circumstances. “OK Hotel Near Highway and Italian Restaurant”

We chose this hotel because it is just north of 50 Highway and almost across the street from Dominicos, an Italian restaurant that we've eaten at in other cities. It was clean. Bed was hard. Pillows better than most hotels. I was surprised that the neighborhood seemed a little rough. Stopped in the nearby convenience store and HyVee Grocery Store and they were run down & made me have some question about the safety/security of the neighborhood.

“Convenient, Clean, Comfortable”

Easy to get to, immaculate and very comfortable. Staff was very nice with the (slght) exception of the lady at the check in desk who seemed to be talking on her personal cell phone about something that had her full attention. She seemed to come out of it somewhat and was a little more pleasant and focused when I called down to get the logon info for the FREE WIRELESS internet. Very clean room, bed was firm and comfortable - slept like a rock. Will definitely stay here again.

“Good for biz travel”

Helpful concierge desk, clean facilities, and set up well for business travelers. High speed internet access worked well. My only issue as far as business travel goes is that there is no restaurant, so no room service. Depending on the time when you get in, it can be difficult to find a place that will deliver to your room if you don't feel much like going out for food.
