“Looked worse than it really was.”

Owner said at first he did not have our reservation, but did eventually find it. Carpet needed replacing througout room, also lamp shades were in dingy condition. Beds were comfortable. No coffee maker even though fridge and microwave in room. No hand towels given. Had to ask for additional toilet roll as well. Bath tub was in bad condition but shower was good and plenty of hot water. Breakfast was not included, not even coffee. Would only stay again for central location.
