Disappointing HotelPosted Nov 17, 2014
Pros: The breakfast service was about the only thing I liked other than proximity to the soccer complex.
Cons: Maintenance. There was trash in the hallway passage and sitting outside of rooms.
Location: It is conveniently located to the Lexington County Soccer Complex and downtown Lexington.
This hotel was nothing like the photos online represented. When I arrived there was no one in the lobby. I had to wait until a disheveled young man (both his name tag and other tag were on upside down, shirt wrinkled) arrived. I'm of the opinion that first impressions say a lot about a location. His said he didn't care about where he worked. It showed. The room was dingy and smelled of smoke. I paid extra for a non-smoking room that smelled exactly like a smoking room. The room was clean, but there were several disappointments. My room was on the backside of the hotel. No parking was available on that side. Inconvenient when you are in town for a tournament and have gear to lug in. The handle of the door to the bathroom was broken, there were holes in the comforter, and the chairs were badly stained. The breakfast service however, was a pleasant surprise. The lady over it takes her job very seriously. The food was well prepared and pleasantly displayed. Most of the bread items were stale though and they only had a small selection of fresh fruit.

Price is rightPosted Sep 28, 2014
Cons: The window air units were loud, which is typical I guess.
Offering basic accommodations. The front desk staff was excellent. The breakfast was good basic food. Service was excellent here too. The property is older but kept very clean. The beds were comfortable and the cleaning staff responsive and courteous.

Nice Hotel in Downtown Lexington, SC.Posted Sep 22, 2014
Pros: The Location.
Cons: Just help your customers a little quicker!
Location: Location is close to shopping and restaurants in the downtown area of Lexington, SC
My experience began with an early checkin, but the lady on the desk was on the phone for at least 5 minutes while I was waiting. The room was very clean and comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this Motel again. It has a great location for my visit with my cousin.

Not bad for a cheap hotel. You get what you pay for. However if you simply need a place to sleep, this will do
