“Needs Improvement”
Visiting for graduation at Fort Jackson- not close to the base but still a great location-very close to airport. Nice to have a cpu for guests to use. Staff was very helpful with directions and special requests. It was nice to have breakfast but the waffle machine doesn't work very well. Room was not very clean. There were black crumbs (or something) all over bedspread. Tissue floating in toliet. Roach on desk. Heater was loud/broken. Knob in shower was broken so the water could not be adjusted. Overall I would not stay here again.

Was very satisfied. The staff was very kind and friendly.

Not a luxery hotel but I would go back any time. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good and served even earlier than posted. The internet connection from my room was weak but workable. Maid service was good. The room was adequate, but economy was obvious in size and layout. Parking was handy, free and adequate. There was a small workout room with quality equipment.
