Below average hotel near a major interstate exit.Posted Oct 16, 2013
Pros: It was clean and there were no bugs.
Cons: Improve reception staff. Correct exterior details - first impressions count. Inspect the rooms- fix what needs fixing.
Location: I was only passing through on I-65 but Columbia and Franklin , Tennessee nearby have many civil war historic sights.
I thought I had reserved a non smoking room but on arrival the desk staff gave me keys for a smoking room which I discovered on getting to the room. After getting that straightened out, I was able to get to my room. Overall, I found the facility run down. Plenty of rust showing on exterior railings and fixtures. Broken room door safety hasp and loose bathroom fittings. The furniture had a well worn look but the room carpet looked nearly new and it was freshly painted. The A/C and ventilation worked fine as did the bathroom fittings. The complimentary breakfast was a bit sparse.

Very nice, and nice on my budget!Posted Sep 4, 2013
Pros: Super close to the interstate, yet you felt like you were out in the country. It was clean, cool, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and accomm
Cons: scrub the shower head! Mildew.
Location: we visited antique shops at the Factory in Franklin, and the Antique Mall at Spring Hill - two very different and fabulous shops!
We enjoyed our stay, splashed in the pool, and loved the location and convenience while being tucked out of the way off the beaten path.

very bad beds / rooms seem very unsanitaryPosted Aug 13, 2013 on Hotels.com
We stayed there on two different nights / our bed in each room was awful. the mattress must have been as old as the hotel / sink holes in the mattress our backs were killing us. Both rooms had a bad odor. Did not sleep more than two hrs both nights.

Enjoyable stay. Had everything we needed.Posted Aug 5, 2013
Pros: Shower and bed.
Cons: Shampoo the rug thoroughly.
Location: Convenient to I-65.
I would give the hotel a 3.5 rating. We loved the water pressure from the shower. We made use of the fridge and microwave. It was a nice size with a loveseat and coffee table. The bed was very comfortable. The red light on the TV was annoying when we wanted to go to sleep so we covered it up. The room did smell like there had been a dog in it which had an accident. The front desk staff was all business, check in quickly and move on out. Lacking in hospitality. Nice breakfast with enough seating. Good location and quiet even though it was pretty close to I-65. Had lots of tourist brochures but not so much about Columbia.

Pros: Quite and a pretty good breakfast.

WE stayed 3 nights and asked to not be disturbed with the housekeeping. they were gracious as we requested only clean towels. Very quite and slept good.
