Comfy and clean, great for families with kidsPosted Jan 22, 2013
Pros: Comfortable beds and a large bathroom
Cons: Cut fruit was so appealing but didn't taste that great. Go for the fresh fruit :)
Location: Easy access from Route 11; 20 minutes from FCI Elkton
It was a comfortable place to stay in after a long trip from Connecticut. The room was large, with high ceilings, comfortable beds, plenty of drawers and hangers for clothes, a TV and a small table with two chairs. I especially liked the quilts on the beds, they made the room feel more homey. I should say that we were not disturbed by either the traffic or other guests even though our room was facing the street. Our heater/conditioner was loud enough to mask the outside noise but no so loud as to interfere with our sleep. Breakfast was good, although the cut fruit didn't taste that great and the pastries looked very sugary. Still, there were enough healthier choices like fresh fruit, oatmeal, granola and toast, that I was able to have a nice filling breakfast. My kids' favorite feature was, of course, the pool. It wasn't big, but it was perfect for the children. There were never more than 8 or so people in the pool, so my kids had plenty of room to enjoy themselves. They also used the hot tub in between swims. Overall we had a pleasant stay at the hotel after our long days visiting my husband at FCI ElKton. I will definitely return if I can book it for similar price we paid on this visit.

A nice and clean hotelPosted Aug 22, 2012
Pros: The kids loved the indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi. They also enjoyed the fresh donuts at continental breakfast in the Heritage Room.
Cons: The occupant of the room above us walked back and forth through the night. The creaking of the floor above made it difficult for me to fall asleep.
Location: Nice location. Well lighted parking lots. Also there is a restaurant and shops next door to hotel, that apparently are also run by the Mennonites.
I stayed here for two nights with my two kids. The room was clean and comfortable with all the amenities that you would expect at this price range. There is a small (5' deep) , but very clean indoor pool area with a jacuzzi. There is also a very small gym area with two treadmills and a bicycle type machine. In the morning, there was a light breakfast available with a variety of breads, cereal, fruits, juice, coffee, etc.

Cons: carpeting in room and breakfast
Great location in Columbiana, Ohio. Nice hotel but bang for the buck you spend is not all that great. I would stay here again when needed but thought breakfast could have been a little bit more and my room was not ready when I arrived slightly early.

Great StayPosted Mar 20, 2012
Pros: Clean and quiet
Cons: Wish they had a full breakfast
Location: My GPS was not able to find the exact location...had me within a few miles. Took a call to the hotel and they directed me without a problem.
Recently stayed here back to back weekends. Nice clean room and clean hotel appearance overall.

Very comfortable, clean, friendly, helpful staff running the front desk. Worth the extra money paid to stay there. Will definitely stay again when were are back in town visiting family and friends.
