“Trip out and back”

We stayed at the hotel one night on the way out to Peoria and on the return trip. The check in was fast and convient. The rooms were clean and and all the we expected. the continental breakfast was not too inpressive, but we got enough to get us on our way.

“Nice for the price!”

My mother and I stayed here for two nights for the Joyce Mayer conference at the Arena. The staff was helpful and friendly and it was quiet and peaceful! It is located right off the interstate as well ; )

“Inexpensive, Clean and easy to get to Hotel”

We had probably the nicest stay in Columbus at this hotel. Right off the interstate, it was clean, nice staff, quiet and very pleasant room at an economical price. Hope to return the next time we are in Columbus

“Decent value for the money”

The room was fine - comfortable and quiet (I was on the 2nd floor, by choice). There was a wide variety of cable channels available. 3 minor issues: 1. The pool was pretty small. 2. There was no elevator for customers, at least not one that I could see. This meant carrying a good sized suitcase up a flight of stairs. 3. The continental breakfast selection was pretty limited, and there was no butter or cream cheese available for the muffins. On the plus side, there were 3 restaurants within walking distance and a number of others within 5 minutes' drive.

“Ok basic room”

If your looking for acceptable bed this is ok. Not as nice as the pictures show. It's a little run down, needs cleaning up on outside, new coat of paint would help. Room was clean as was bed. Basic place to sleep.

“Good budget hotel”

Overall, hotel was a good value. Some small things we weren't crazy about, stains on the carpet(looked like someone tracked mud through the room but didn't come out of carpet), recliner was a little worn, and pool was supposed to be heated but was very cold. Kids didn't care, a little hard for the old folks to get used to though. We knew it was a budget hotel, and for the money we spent, it was a good value. Neighborhood was nice and convenient to local restaurants and stores. Not a bad drive to City attractions, either.

“Not for the discriminatory hotel user.”

Because my use was for sleeping purposes only, it served my purpose. Many folks I know would not stay here. It is clean and my contact with staff was good. But the hotel has seen better days and would be considered slightly rundown.

“Good value for the money”

Room was not cleaned and ready until after 5 pm. Some sort of disinfectant had been sprayed into the room which had an unpleasant odor, but we opened the door for a while with fan on and it dissapated in a little while. We did not detect any smoke smell, so that was a point in their favor. Breakfast was coffee and muffins, so we went to Cracker Barrel which was very close. Room was quiet and bed was comfortable.
