Artists Colony Inn & Restaurant

My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed this Shaker-decorated hotel. It was a great surprise to be given a substantial breakfast, included in our room rate. The hotel's location in the heart of Nashville cannot be beat.

Disappointed we could not stay longer. Charming place in a charming location. Restaurant is also recommended.

The hotel is right in the heart of everything and was quiet and convenient. The staff were all helpful and very responsive The decor of the rooms is shaker decorations which makes the chairs a bit less comfortable but otherwise fine for the area The breakfast buffet is more than adequate and tasty.

I was very impressed by the service of the inn staff, they were very helpful and friendly. the decor and furniture were nice as well. The food in the dining room was delicous. The only drawback was the street noise and hallway/surrounding room noise (very thin walls)

Great service. Cute, clean room. Perfect location with parking right behind inn. Really good breakfast. What more could you ask for?

Talk about location. Artists Colony is located right downtown Nashville in the middle of all of the best shopping. We walked out the side door into the door of stores. The room was charming, clean and comfortable. Parking is available in the lot immediately behind the inn. We reserved a room as a one night stay to break up a long road trip. We decided that Nashville and the Artists Colony is worthy of its own road trip some day soon.

Highky recommend this place to stay if you really want to get that old time feel of staying in Nashville. Staff was very friendly!

What a wonderful place to stay. The staff at Artist Colony Inn was amazingly friendly. The room was wonderful and Nashville is a great place to visit. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. One negative comment; we were there over Easter. Everything in Nashville Indiana was closed. EVERYTHING!!!! In fact, the only restaurant that was open that day was the restaurant at Artist Colony. Thank Goodness they were open. Seems strange for a town who exists due to tourism. There were people roaming all over the town with nothing to do. Wake up Nashville!
