“Good Value”
The hotel was a good value for the money. It had a hot breakfast each morning which included eggs, sausage, ham, rolls, etc. The food was basic but free. They have wireless internet in the rooms. The friendly staff was a plus. The only downside was the chlorine smell in the lobby coming from their spa. I would stay there again.
“Not bad for the price”
definitely a "no frills" hotel. the jacuzzi wasn't filled, so we couldn't use it.
“Hard to find, but no ther complaints”
I arrived early and they let me go ahead and check in. I really have no complaints except for the fact that it is hard to find. I will definitelt stay here again next year!

“Bad bed & pillows”
Hotel was excellent, except the bed was extremely soft and the pillows were so bad they ended up on the floor (soft and extremely lumpy).Service was excellent. The gentleman that checked me in was couteous and went out of his way. Approx. 3 hours after checking in he saw me in the parking lot and told me that my drivers license was left behind and in the cash register.
“Average hotel”
The hotel room was clean and comfortable, couple of pointers: guests are charged for the newspaper but have to go to the office to get thepaper and is not delivered to your door. Coffee maker is in the bathroom-dont think this is a good idea. Location of hotel is not the best, not the worst either but there are other locations that are better. There was a large group of people drinking beer in the breakfast area by the office on saturday night-they did not bother anyonne but does not fit my idea of a business or personal hotel. Location of the hotel although by the interstate, is cumbersome to get to.
“Quiet and great location”
We choose this hotel last year because of the location and breakfast availability, so it was a return trip that wasn't quite what we expected. Again, it was a great, quiet location, close to a multitude of restaurants and I-71 which we needed to be on first thing the next morning. However, our room smelled musty upon entering, the carpet needed to be vacuumed, and there was mold on the ceiling in the shower. Upon checkout, when I complained about the mold, the housekeeping manager immediately headed for the room to check it out. It has a wonderful lobby, the breakfast choices are wonderful, and the bed linens were clean, so we'll probably use this hotel again if we have to go back to Columbus next year.

Front desk personel were very friendly and helpfull with directions we needed.rooms were kept clean,overall service was very good!

No hassles @ check-in. The room was very clean. The complimentary breakfast was very nice. No complaints!

Staff is very friendly and helpful, it's an older hotel, but clean. Wonderful continental breakfast, eggs, cereal, fruit, muffins, etc. Great start to a day
