“Always look forward to my stay.”

I HAVE STAYED IN THIS HOTEL ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS AND HAVE ALWAYS HAD AN ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE.

“You have to stay here”

This is the cleanest and nicest hotel in columbus. Rooms were very clean. Staff was very friendly. Food was awesome and the mgr. Sharon is the bomb... We will not stay anywhere else when my fiance is in town ever again... mark and cheryl

“Nice hotel”

Clean spacious rooms. Good breakfast except they don't seem prepared for football weekends when they are at capacity. They were short food on a Sat. morning and their kitchen is a little slow replenishing the food. But it's great. Hot breakfast with everything. Eggs, bacon, hash browns,grits, pancakes etc.

“paid twice - no expedia reservation”

The hotel did not have my reservation. So at this point I paid expedia for the hotel stay and I also paid the hotel for my room. Expedia needs to reimburse my payment ASAP. Thank you.

“Columbus Mississippi”

Room was spacious, bed was nice. Would have liked better quality and quantity of towels. work out area nice

“Weird check-in.”

When we arrived to check in the hotel, the desk clerk informed us that although we had a reservation, they could not give us our room because somebody's stuff was still in the room and they could not touch the stuff. She then told us that we would be sent to one of their "sister hotels." We passed the "sister hotel" on our way to the Best Western. It looked like it should have been charging by the hour. The "sister hotel" was absolutely horrible and I told the desk clerk there was no way we were staying at that place. The desk clerk then told us that the "sister hotel" was going to give us a discount. My replay was not so nice. Eventually, the desk clerk came back and gave us a room. I had reserved a king room, and got a two-full room. The room was in horrible physical shape as the front door was extremely hard to shut, the television remote didn't work and the refrigerator ran extremely loud just to name just a few of the things that were wrong with the room. This was a horrible experience that I hope to never have to go through again.
