“Great place to stay near Polaris!”

Excellent suites. Lots of room. Only complaint would be that the breakfast wasn't great and the bar was not open. Breakfast was the usual scrambled eggs but also included sausage and home fries. Still, it was included and saved us time and money. I would definitely stay here again.

“Nice hotel for the price and close to everything.”

Everything was very clean. We had a suite with 2 queen beds and the room was very spacious. Breakfast was good with the normal hot continental breakfast of scrambled eggs, hash browns, sausage, breads and pastries and waffles. Everything was hot and very good. Staff upon check in was friendly. The reason I gave a 4 in room comfort was because when we got to our room the air conditioning was on. It was cold and took awhile to get it to a comfortable tempurature. The pool area was very basic but the pool and spa seemed clean and not over chlorined. The air tempurature in the pool area was very cold though. This was our second stay here. Last time was last spring and the experience with the hotel quality itself was good. That time there was a problem with the room in that we had booked a room with 2 queens and got a room with one king and there were three of us staying. We were told that when booked through Expedia, they only guarantee that there is a room available but it may not necessarily be what you booked. I called the hotel about a week ahead this time to make sure that the room they had for us was what we had booked and our stay was much more pleasant this time since we had enough beds.

“Best Bedding... Ever”

Just a very fine Best Western Hotel. However, it was the quality of the sheets and pillow cases that impressed me most. Actually the best that I have had at any hotel anywhere ever.

“Not your normal BW”

Not your normal Best Western. The room was very nice, the TV had 50+ channels, the pool was more than for looks, and the staff was excellent. I wish I had an excuse to go back.

The hotel was very nice and roomy. The beds were extremely comfortable and the pool was outstanding. I wish I could have stayed more than one night. I will definitely return to this hotel on my next visit to Columbus.

“Nice for a Weekend”

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for the weekend as we attended the retirement celebration of a friend. We had a king 2 room suite which was nice since my husband is a night person and I go to sleep early. A group of students were staying at the hotel also and we did not hear any noise. The hotel's location to dining, shopping and easy access to the parkway was great. The free breakfast was fresh with lots of options. The hostess was nice and prepared fresh scrambled eggs for my husband. She also gave us suggestions and directions for things to do. There was an off smell in the halls. But this was minor and we would definitely stay here again. Nothing really fancy but comfortable.

“Good choice for young family.”

Bathroom & beds were clean, we were given towels whenever we needed them. The carpet in the room & hallways did need to be cleaned I wasn't thrilled with the couch & chair cleaniness either, but the furniture was on the older side. The pool was not very warm but okay for a quick dip. The bar looks great in pictures but was much smaller in reality & never actually open which was a disappoint for hubby after the kids went to bed on first nfl game of season. Great location, lots to do & lots of places to eat. EASY to get to zoo from there & with a little one the double room suite worked out great! Staff was VERY friendly. Breakfast choices were very limited & the bar was never open not even one night of a three night stay. Overall not bad for the money, nice area, would stay again.

“Great hotel near everything.....”

Me and my fiance were in town for a wedding and we had a very nice stay. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. There was some trash left in room but couldn't complain because they let us check in HOURS earlier than usual check in time. Overall would recommend this hotel and would return.
