Solid choice for a quick tripPosted Mar 10, 2015
Pros: Bathroom was clean and nice tub / shower. Staff helpful and friendly.
Cons: Need to keep on top of the rooms. My sofa showed visible staining - wouldn't sit on it.
Location: Nice shopping center 10 minute drive away.
Stayed overnight while traveling on business. WiFi worked well, lobby area convenient for working and internal discussions. Staff helpful and friendly. The room was nice sized, bed was comfortable, but the couch had some very nasty looking stains on it. Room showed some sigs of wear as well.

Nice enough and shuttle to airportPosted Feb 27, 2015
Good enough sleep experience. Shuttle to airport. Was able to leave my car there for a small fee and shuttle back to the hotel when I returned.

Not our favorite hotel in C-bus.Posted Feb 23, 2015
Pros: The two desk clerks were hard working and very polite! Comp breakfast was very nice and fresh!
Cons: More people on staff, more competent people on staff!
The hotel had no record of our reservation. I had a copy from Expedia with conformation number- still nothing. Desk clerk was VERY busy, but handled it extremely well- got us a room at the quoted rate. that was Friday- 2 night stay. Saturday we were gone for the day- returned about 7:00 p.m. to a room that was not cleaned. Night clerk was only employee- she could only give us towels. She said the maid claims we left the "D.N. D. " sign out- I assured her we did not- she said the maid has used that excuse in the past for not cleaning all rooms! REALLY? So, by Sunday when we left, our room was a mess! Did NOT get what we paid for!

Nice and cleanPosted Feb 18, 2015
Pros: Everything was beautiful.
Cons: Refrigerator temperature control knob broken.........lol...
Location: The cassidy avenue location, near the port Columbus Ohio airport.
I had a funeral to attend in Columbus, the hotel was close to the airport on cassidy avenue. It was very clean, with a very nice staff... We were surprised when we thought the breakfast would be boiled eggs, and boxed cereal. The breakfast bar had everything you could want, from eggs, sausage, bacon, waffels , toast , fruit, and most of all a picture of ice water........yes ice water...........it made the meds go down easier.

rooms were not that greatPosted Jan 21, 2015 on Hotels.com
Well i had t o wait to be checked in and when i got to the room there was a message on the phone and so i answer it was that guy that checked me in and all he said was hello it was a bit creepy and the beds were hard, and the pillows were small. There was a family standing at the end of the hall where our room was and this guy was being abusive to a child.

Cleanest, Friendliest Hotel in a Long TimePosted Jan 17, 2015 on Hotels.com
I stayed at the Best Western Port Columbus for 3 nights on a business trip. The first thing I do when I arrive at a hotel is look at the cleanliness. My room was spotless. The staff were helpful and personable, especially Jen at the front desk at night and Fran. It was so obvious to me the staff at this hetel worked as a team and cared about guest satisfaction. In a conversation I had with one of the staff, he called the hotel "his hotel." How refreshing. I chose this hotel instead of the Mariott across the street where my training was held because of price. It was almost half the price. I am so glad I did.
