Person who checked us in was rude. Lied about breakfast time therefore we didn’t get breakfast. Person working in morning instantly responded breakfast is complimentary. Even if it is there is professional ways to handle things. I’d never stay at a best western again Not to mention we didn’t need any security deposit until they saw my African American fiancé then all the sudden a$250.00 was needed. Which was fine it just professional ways to handle situations a neither employ during check or check out had anything professional about them. Rude from jump like they didn’t wanna be there.

The elevator was not working to go down from floor 2 have bad knee and was difficult to take stairs.breakfast was fine except that the meat items were very light both days and it wasn't even 8am

It was gross, we had a dirty sock left in our bed. We made it about a hour and half in the room before we checked out and made the 3 hour drive home. There was a massive party 2 doors down and people were smoking cigarettes and what smelled like weed inside. We could more than smell it in the hallways but also in our rooms.

First room had no heat so we moved rooms then in the middle of the night someone tried to enter at 4am. Breakfast was not to bad but didn’t have much. Had to have my room key reactivated twice. Will not rebook at this location.

Just check your room and take pictures. Overall our stay was lovely for Valentine’s Day! The jetted tub was massive and easy to operate. We will be coming back! Front desk staff very friendly both day and night shift.

The hotel allowed smoking of marijuana in the halls and rooms. Not great for people with breathing conditions. No soap, shampoo or Kleenex in the room. Was offered a roll of toilet paper as there was no Kleenex in the hotel.

Yes the elevator was not working and the pool was very cold the breakfast was also very poor. I stilk have not received my $250 deposit back which had to be on card jt could not be cash and here i am still waiting to get it back.

While the room was comfortable, we did run into a few issues. First off, the room was not cleaned the one day we were there. Secondly, while not the fault of the hotel, our car (and most other cars in the parking lot) were broken into. The individual working the front desk told us this has been an ongoing recent problem. Finally, while hotels.com lists the hotel as having an airport shuttle, the shuttle was not running while we were there (Best Western's website did indicate that this was the case).

We stayed there 3 nights. Our room never got cleaned, and we even requested it be cleaned two different times. Had to get clean bath towels and wash clothes from the front desk our third night after not getting to the hotel until around 10:00 pm. Then had to take all of our dirty towels and wash clothes and put them down the laundry shute by the elevator. There definitely needs to be security and cameras installed all around that hotel. Thirty vehicles were broken into the third night of our stay. Fortunately ours was not one of them. Will not stay there again

Area was looking to be unsafe, but it might be just my impression. What I really did not like at all is that Hotel charged to my credit card for the night I stayed when they knew reservation was made and paid through Expedia; I noticed as I got a message from my credit card otherwise I might not notice it. Not good.

Stayed here two nights and both nights our car was broken into and the windows were smashed. There no security and the staff really didn’t care. There was at least 12 other vehicles smashed and grabbed as well. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.

Room rented was a jacuzzi tub and it was covered in hair upon arrival. Even after manager came down to aplologize and sent housekeeping in to clean i still had to clean it before use. Hair in regular bathroom too. Bed was good, water temp was great although the jacuzzi took about an hour to fill and more than that to drain. Had lot of noises like running around all night.

Hotel parties shouldn't be allowed.
The staff was very helpful, and kind. The breakfast was fabulous. I didn't like that there was a big group of people apparently having a pool party, and using the conference room as a party area. It normally wouldn't have bothered me, but the music they were playing was very foul, loud, could be heard 20 feet away from there, and they had the door open, and numerous people blocking the hallway who apparently didn't they should have had to make room for us and our bags to get through them. There were bags of trash from this party that sat there in the hallway from the time we checked in at 8pm, until 10am the next day.

This hotel is under renovation and it was a little cluttered. The cleaning chemicals used were so strong that the odor in the room was overwhelming. Even after 18 hours it was still hard to be in the bathroom for very long. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Lastly, I thought the security deposit of $250 was excessive and was not advertised that I saw when booking. Our room was otherwise clean and comfortable.

Outside the hotel there are 3 restaurants and one hospital. Buses every an hour, this mean if you do not have a suitable transportation you will feel isolated. Inside the hotel there is everything you need.

Chambre avec forte odeur d'humidité
A notre arrivée, nous avons eu notre chambre immédiatement. En entrant dans la chambre, il y avais un odeur forte d'humidité. La chaise de bureau etait plein de moissisure. Nous sommes allé demander de changer de chambres car on avais de la difficulté à respirer De plus mon mari a eu un cancer du poumon. La dame nous a changer sans hésité .MAIS la deuxième chambre avait encore un odeur aussi forte d humidité. Nous avons parti l'air climatisé et nous sommes sorti manger , en espérant que l'odeur soit moins forte. À notre retour, le problème était encore présent. Nous sommes retourner au lobby pour expliquer encore le même problème . La dame nous a dit qu'il ni avait plus de chambres disponibles. Nous avons été obligé de garder la chambre . Nous avons coucher avec des masques. Tout nos vêtements sentait l'humidité. Nous avions séjourner à d'autres best western et nous etions satisfaits . Un hôtel a éviter. Sinon allez visité la chambre avant de louer.
