“Not Impressed”

The sound barrier between the rooms/levels is very poor. It sounded as if other guests were playing soccer on the level above us, which made it difficult to sleep.

Area recommendations

Polaris Parkway. It had a variety of shops/restaurants.

“Fantastic hotel”

Great hotel - a little mix up with our room but they were more than happy to help us and then upgrade us at no additional charge. Great staff, great facilities.

“Nice choice with pets”

There aren't a lot of hotels that allow pets in the Columbus area. We love being in the Polaris area when we visit, and the hotel suitd our needs We were on the 1st floor close to the back exit so that we could easily take our two dogs outside. Our room had a bedroom, small kitchen (w/table) and sleeper sofa in the sitting area. Was a good choice when travelling w/pets.

“Great Polaris find!!”

Very clean appearance of the room, did not have any bad odors, spacious and nicely deocrated, easily able to control the temperature of the room.

“Great experience”

This hotel was situated with easy access to the freeway, close to the mall, and close to grocery and dining options. The room was clean and new. The bed was very comfortable, and the linens soft. The kitchenette was great so I could keep some food in the room and not have to eat out all the time. There is free use of washer and dryer, which was great so I didn't have to take home dirty clothes. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and made an effort to say hello to guests. I really enjoyed my stay, and will stay here again on my next trip to Columbus.

Great location for extended stays, I was in for a week and spent a bunch of time studying in my room. Target close by was helpful.

“Not Impressed!”

We were meeting family and friends from all over ohio and indiana for a weekend get-together. Needing joining rooms was a big deal for us and we were assured that the rooms would be blocked in in advance so that they would be available for us during our stay. When checking in, we were told that they unfortunately didn't have any joining rooms at that time. When they finally "figured something out" and got us the joining rooms that we needed, there weren't the beds/couches promised to us when we first made our reservations. Also, having an infant and a toddler, the floors were filthy. Under the beds hadn't been swept for who knows how long with candy wrappers, small pieces of metal and plastic bags under them. The only good thing about the hotel was that is was within 1/2 mile of Polaris mall and we ended up getting the rooms we reserved, kind of............ OHHHH! and no breakfast of any kind!!!!!!!
